I am 2 days PO. Absolutely elated by what I can already see! Smooth tummy, low straight scar, belly button looks cute and not scary, boobs look so pretty and small (exactly what I wanted!). I have tons of help from my amazing husband and mom-so far everything has gone well!
I had read a ton of the reviews on RS and so I was prepared for the burning - it's definitely there when the pain meds wear off! But nothing unbearable. I feel like the worst part so far has been the extreme tightness from the breast lift and aug. It already seems to be loosening up a bit though so that's awesome! I know this will be a long journey of recovery but I don't regret it for one second! I am SO happy I did this...been wanting to for 10 years now!

Stop what you're doing and buy this chair!!
Ok so night #1 was rough in a bed because my neck kept hurting and it was tough to get the pillows just right -then I would and I'd have to pee and start all over with the pillows. My husband went to Bed Bath and Beyond on a mission to find me something to help (he's awesome like that) and got this lounge chair thing. It is THE BEST! It's like a miracle. When I sit in it, it's like all the pressure and pain is alleviated! It's just the right support in just the right places without letting me lay flat. I put a ton of blankets and pillows on it to make it super cushy and it's seriously like magic! Sleep like a baby now! It's easy to get in and out of and doesn't require any stomach muscles. You just put your feet on the bottom bar and lightly lift up and it reclines. And just sit up slowly to sit up. No joke-best purchase ever!!

We rented a electric chair that lifted me out just by pushing a button... A true loft saver!

Wish I had thought of getting one of these! I'm 2 weeks in and still sleeping propped up with pillows. Thanks for sharing! I also used Gonce and liked him and his staff very much. You look great! Congrats!

Yes-the chair has been a life saver and I'll use it after recovery too in the yard! I was wanting a good lounge chair--two birds w one stone!!

Feel great, just a lot of swelling
Every day seems to get better. Down to one pain pill from 2 every 5 hours. I'll be glad to drop those totally. It's still not really pain that I feel-just tightness and swelling. Still walking like a granny! Went out to breakfast and it felt great to get out! Had a BM day 4 so that's a plus...hoping to go again today. I get crazy constipation from pain meds????. Been doing mostly liquid diet though- colace 2 pills 2x a day and MOM. Plus lots of fiber and aloe. I'm anxious to try arnica for the swelling. I am not used to feeling so big--it's odd! My tummy is so tight and hot with swelling.
Also not sure how tight to wear my CG...seems like it should be really tight. ?? PO appt is Wednesday and I can't wait. So many questions!!
I am still pumped about how I look-no more saggy yucky skin!!!
Worried about my boobs too-nipples seem so crazy low. I am praying when the implant settles it will fix itself and the nipples will raise up.
I am overall still thrilled to death and totally positive about the whole process!! LOVE my flat (even though it's crazy swollen) tummy!!!!!
Also not sure how tight to wear my CG...seems like it should be really tight. ?? PO appt is Wednesday and I can't wait. So many questions!!

Thank you so so much!! I'll be excited to lose some swelling but I realize I had a lot done and it'll just take time! Drinking lemon water and almost no sodium so hopefully soon!

Congratulations you look amazing. Your scar looks really low and straight which is what i really hope for. Your before tummy is really close to mine only my stretch marks are further up above my belly button. Wow so glad you are on the flat side and praying you have a quick recovery. Your results give me so much hope. God bless you for sharing your pics.

I really want my tt in march of next year, that will at least give me time to save money and i will have my full 3 weeks vacation time to use. I stand at work without any breaks sometimes for 12 hours so i hope the 3 weeks will be enough. Yes i agree i love this site i have gotten so much information from you and others that are going through the healing process. Did you get to see before and after pics by your ps? I was trying to find some online but no luck. I will be traveling out of state for surgery and keep looking at docs all over.

Congrats on the new you! I am 11 days post op and am also loving my results! I am not in a lot of pain, but this swelling and tightness... Omgoodness! Also my binder seems to be super tight and feels so uncomfortable. I go to the dr tmrw, so I'll be able to ask what's tight and what's not. I have been taking supplements for this. The arnica and bromelian supplements. I think it's helping some. One of the girls on here mentioned she started taking Arnica tea and it helped her, so I think I'm going to try that. I'm definitely getting the arnica tea today! This swelling is crazy-haha!! I didn't have drains and am wondering if that would've helped a little if I'd had them. Did you? I go to the dr tomorrow too and can't wait! I feel like I don't wear my binder tight enough but sorta can't imagine it any tighter! Lol so.swollen!!!!

I did have drains in. I had them taken out on day 5, then day 7. I was happy to have them out since they are a nuisence, but helpful too. went to see my doctor today and everything looked great he said. He took my incision strip out and it looks awesome. I have to start with my gel scar treatment now. Binder was on exactly the way they wanted it. Looking forward to this swelling and tightness to go. Doctor said it will take a few weeks and I'll start feeling tingling in those areas. I sure can't wait! I don't even look like I have any scars under my breasts. I ended up getting a breast augmentation to make things look fuller, so I started the massaging. A little uncomfortable but have to do it. Have a great rest of the evening!

Thank you so much!! Yes me too!! Follow up appt went well- he said I'm healing ahead of schedule but I still just can't get past the excessive swelling. I honestly don't feel like I'm doing too much but I have t sat around either. Guess I need to lay around more...I'm just totally awful at that!
