WORTH IT$13,800
So today for the first time in a month-I feel like there's a tiny light at the end of this tunnel!!
1. I slept in my bed ALL NIGHT.
2. My swelling was the lowest it's ever been post op.
3. Pretty sure minus the CG I could've fit into most of my wardrobe finally!!!!
4. Got a ton done
5. No meds of any kind til late afternoon (when i'd already sorta over done it)
6. I sneezed without almost dying (for real though--how bad does it hurt to sneeze?! YIKES!!!)
7. I blew my nose without a ton of discomfort.
8. I got out of my bed (referring back to #1) using my ab muscles and didn't have to pull on the backs of my legs to raise to a seated position.
Praise be!!
I feel like a (nearly) new person!!
It is exactly 4 PO weeks today.
So I'll be hitting the gym tomorrow and taking it SUPER slow. Gonna be hard to do that but I still don't even really know what I'm go a work out on since I'm used to 100% weight training and the only thing I can think of to do is bicep curls. ????
Can't really work back bc it'll work chest. Maybe triceps...but not the ones I'm used to bc of the implants. Prob gonna do some non-weighted squats too.
Stretch some.
??? I guess I'll play it by ear!!
Pumped!!!!!!!

Hi i see you have not posted in awhile i life gets busy. I was just wondering how you are doing? Especially now that you started working. How is your tummy looking and have you lifted weights, if so how are your boobs handling it? Keep looking Amazing hope to hear from you soon.

Dying to work out!!

So today marks 3 weeks, 3 days post-op.
I got checked out by my PS on Monday because I overdid it last week and I had a lump that was greenish/blue under my skin by my BB. Turns out I ripped a stitch inside that was used for the muscle repair. It feels odds not painful just sort of strained, but it will heal and is really no big deal. He said he usually releases his patients to work out around the 3 week mark but not me. ???? He is afraid I'll over do it (which I'm sure I would). He said at 4 weeks I can start SUPER light exercise, nothing using my core, no heavy weights. So I'm pretty lost as to what do start with.
Anyone have any advice? How did you start back to working out...what types of exercise first?
My former workout was M-F-Sa Zumba and T-Wed-Th weight training. I'm not sure what I'll do...??
Anyway...besides the stitch things are going well. Just SO SLOW! I am the worst at laying around and I just want to be back to normal. My clothes don't fit either. Which I was totally not expecting. Everything is right bc of the swelling and the CG I have to wear. I can wear sweats, maxi dresses, and work out tights (painfully though bc they're so tight! Also have to pull them way up so they aren't sitting low on my hips like normal bc that's where my incision is), and one pair of jeans that I can't button-have to loop around a rubber band like I did during pregnancy!! Waaaa!!!
SO ready for the swelling to GO!
My stomach gets so right by evening that my back is just totally killing me. I must overcompensate somehow since I can't stand straight from about 3pm on.
Any help with that is much appreciated too! Any advice?
Would still do this all over again tomorrow if given the chance. I LOVE how it's gonna look!!! I can't even believe how freeing it is to not hate seeing a mirror when I get out of the shower!!!! ????

*tight* not right --there's like 3 places it's supposed to say tight. Lol

I totally agree. Best thing even. Even if it's not perfect it can't be worst than what was!!!!

Girl, I'm so ready to work out to! I am 4 weeks postop and have not worked out since a week before surgery. I see my ps on Tuesday. Hopefully he'll allow me to go back soon. I don't want yo compromise anything though either. So if I need to wait until 6 weeks postop I will. Lol! I am still swelling and feeling tightness. The best times for me are in the morning and when I go to bed. I still get tired after a certain time, but know that this is due to the healing process. Are you doing your massages on your breasts? I'm doing mine faithfully and I feel their dropping some. You are looking great sweetie!

How many cc's did you get if you don't mind me asking?

I got 275cc silicon under the muscle. I was concerned immediately that they were a little too small but now I'm so happy I stuck to my guns and kept them little. I feel like they fit my body well and don't make me feel fat in baggier clothes - I just don't want to have to wear skin tight stuff all the time. (I feel like that's the only way to make big boobs not make you just look heavy-although lots of girls can pull it off- I know I can't---even a padded bra just makes me look bulky!)

Thank you so much! I haven't massaged at all bc my PS said not to...not really sure why exactly. He said they'll drop on their own. So-I'm just letting them do their thing. Haha I still feel like my nipples are weird but I'm making myself ignore it for now. He told me there's no way to tell what they'll look like for at least 3 months. (I'm just trusting him at this point bc I know he had tons of great reviews and I'm trying not to worry lol) worst case-I'll have him fix the nipples later. I love them when I have a bra on- totally not used to having fullness up top and it's fantastic!!! I'm hitting the gym tomorrow -even if I just stretch and do some mild cardio and maybe 5-8lb weights it'll feel better than not going--miss it like crazy!!! Let me know how you do when you start working out!!! Good luck!!

It's funny how different PS's are regarding massaging breasts. My doctor wanted me to start at 2 weeks. He said that it was very important I do. But every doctor is different. I asked him today when I can start working out and he told me not until my 6th week! Boohoo! I'll be 6 weeks post op the end of next week, so I'm not going to waste any time getting back in the gym! Let me know how you do at the gym. Maybe get some few tips from you. Lol

SO different and SO exciting!! I know it's gonna be amazing when the implants settle and the selling decreases!!
I had lost 33 pounds and that left saggy skin that I could do nothing about - skinnier I got the worse it looked! So happy it's gone!! ????????????????

Also...the boobs.....the poor deflated boobs!!! My first daughter destroyed my tummy--stretch marks and 50 pound weight gain and my second two daughters destroyed my boobs--breastfeeding and pumping did them in. That plus the weight loss...poor girls were gone. :( SO happy they'll be back to normal. I didn't want huge implants...just wanted them to look how they did pre-kids. Which was a C cup. Should be 34 C when it's all said and done.

Congrats on your mm! I am 15 days post op and loving my results thus far. No matter how much excerice I did, I could not lose that access skin. I'm still tight and swelling, but thAt comes with the territory for now. I also did not want big breasts just fullness. I was a 36B, now in a 34C! Have a great day and happy healings to you!

You look great. I hope once i do my mm i will look as good as you. I finally posted one pic of my tummy, my stretch marks are so high up i think i might have a lot left under my belly button. It looks like your ps was able to remove all of yours. Your results are so encouraging, your tuumy is so beautiful i am so happy for you. Hope the swelling stages pass quickly and your boobs drop and fuff perfectly. Happy healing.

Thank you so much!! ❤️ You'll be so happy when you have it done-it's thrilling!! To not see hanging skin and not avoid seeing myself naked in a mirror ever--SO worth it!! I do still have stretch marks under my belly button but they are sorta stretched tight w the swelling - plus I'm tan right now because we were on vacation the week before my surgery--a tan hides a bunch!!
