Such a great day!!

So today for the first time in a month-I feel like there's a tiny light at the end of this tunnel!!
1. I slept in my bed ALL NIGHT.
2. My swelling was the lowest it's ever been post op.
3. Pretty sure minus the CG I could've fit into most of my wardrobe finally!!!!
4. Got a ton done
5. No meds of any kind til late afternoon (when i'd already sorta over done it)
6. I sneezed without almost dying (for real though--how bad does it hurt to sneeze?! YIKES!!!)
7. I blew my nose without a ton of discomfort.
8. I got out of my bed (referring back to #1) using my ab muscles and didn't have to pull on the backs of my legs to raise to a seated position.
Praise be!!
I feel like a (nearly) new person!!
It is exactly 4 PO weeks today.
So I'll be hitting the gym tomorrow and taking it SUPER slow. Gonna be hard to do that but I still don't even really know what I'm go a work out on since I'm used to 100% weight training and the only thing I can think of to do is bicep curls. ????
Can't really work back bc it'll work chest. Maybe triceps...but not the ones I'm used to bc of the implants. Prob gonna do some non-weighted squats too.
Stretch some.
??? I guess I'll play it by ear!!
Pumped!!!!!!!

Dying to work out!!

So today marks 3 weeks, 3 days post-op.
I got checked out by my PS on Monday because I overdid it last week and I had a lump that was greenish/blue under my skin by my BB. Turns out I ripped a stitch inside that was used for the muscle repair. It feels odds not painful just sort of strained, but it will heal and is really no big deal. He said he usually releases his patients to work out around the 3 week mark but not me. ???? He is afraid I'll over do it (which I'm sure I would). He said at 4 weeks I can start SUPER light exercise, nothing using my core, no heavy weights. So I'm pretty lost as to what do start with.
Anyone have any advice? How did you start back to working out...what types of exercise first?
My former workout was M-F-Sa Zumba and T-Wed-Th weight training. I'm not sure what I'll do...??
Anyway...besides the stitch things are going well. Just SO SLOW! I am the worst at laying around and I just want to be back to normal. My clothes don't fit either. Which I was totally not expecting. Everything is right bc of the swelling and the CG I have to wear. I can wear sweats, maxi dresses, and work out tights (painfully though bc they're so tight! Also have to pull them way up so they aren't sitting low on my hips like normal bc that's where my incision is), and one pair of jeans that I can't button-have to loop around a rubber band like I did during pregnancy!! Waaaa!!!
SO ready for the swelling to GO!
My stomach gets so right by evening that my back is just totally killing me. I must overcompensate somehow since I can't stand straight from about 3pm on.
Any help with that is much appreciated too! Any advice?
Would still do this all over again tomorrow if given the chance. I LOVE how it's gonna look!!! I can't even believe how freeing it is to not hate seeing a mirror when I get out of the shower!!!! ????

Side by Side: full body pic--day of surgery and 9 day post-op

SO different and SO exciting!! I know it's gonna be amazing when the implants settle and the selling decreases!!
I had lost 33 pounds and that left saggy skin that I could do nothing about - skinnier I got the worse it looked! So happy it's gone!! ????????????????

Dr. Gonce and his entire staff have been amazing! Not one single negative thing to say. Very kind and informative, super patient and helpful. I had a scare the day before my surgery with my baseline mammogram I had done the week before and I was a wreck. They were so nice and very understanding. Christa put me at ease and said that happens a lot and it's usually just dense breast tissue (which thank God it was in my case too). But they were more than willing to move the surgery date and work with me if need be. I felt comfortable from the time I stepped in for consult all the way to procedure day. Absolutely perfect experience! Highly recommend Dr. Gonce and his staff to anyone!!
