I think I might actually be 5 weeks dpo but time...

I think I might actually be 5 weeks dpo but time has been eluding me since TT lol. I've been back to work for a couple of weeks now. The first week was hard but I'm getting back into the swing of things. I've been trying to eat healthy and have lost a couple of pounds. I'm hoping to lose 10 or 15 more before summer but we'll see lol. My swelling is a lot less than it was I mostly swell on the incision so it feels hard and lumpy at times. The areas where feeling is returning almost feels sunburnt when I touch my skin. I am very numb in the triangle pattern everyone talks about. I could stab myself there and wouldn't feel a thing. It's like touching someone else's body. My energy levels are back to normal for the most part. I still have sore abs like you would get after crunches... Nothing horrible. I occasionally get weird zings of pain in my abdominal area. I'm guessing they are nerve discharges because the nerves are growing back...once again nothing horrible. Well I hope everyone else is doing well and good luck to the pre tummy tuckers:)

Thank you!!! I feel like I'm starting to get there!!
My TT and BL will be in April. 5 weeks post op I have to go on a plane for 5 hrs to a w/e wedding. Would you feel good enough right now to do that?
Oh yeah totally. I went back to my job two weeks ago(heavy labor). I feel normal. No pain meds and wearing mostly regular clothes. Just dress comfy for the flight. Jeans still kind of rub. I'm am completely upright and am walking normally. Gl with your tummy tuck.
Thank you! This makes me feel so much better!
