Well I'm less than 48 hours away from having my tummy tuck. I have lost 70 lbs and have kept it off for about 8 years but I have excess skin on tummy not only from weight loss but also due to several pregnancies. I'm kind of nervous about the procedure but I'm looking forward to seeing the end result. Reading all the stories on here have helped me a lot. I'm posting a current picture and will be sharing post op pictures as well.
Update
I got in at 6 the surgery took place about 8 when it was done the doctor came in and went over procedure. I'm currently in a lot of pain and was very nauseous I even threw up once and oh my goodness the pain from the contracting abdominal muscles was unbearable. I'm hoping tomorrow gets a bit better. To all you ladies tgar face done thus procedure as a same day you ladies kick butt because I can not imagine being at home right now. I'll try to take pictures tomorrow to post them. The doctor came by and check my drain areas As well As bandages and said everything looks good. He did order Zofran for nausea and told the nurses to give me more pain meds. I'll have my next appt on Friday until then I can't remove the garment
