My Dr. performed my nose job and did an amazing job! I had at least 4 consultations before Dr. J and was very unsure and uncomfortable with the other Doctors. Some were outrageously expensive ($12,000 for a nose job!?!?!), some were just obnoxious and cocky ("I wont do computer imaging, it’s a waste of my time. Set a day for the operation and we'll talk more.") But within the first 2 minutes of meeting Dr J I knew he would be my surgeon. He is such a great doctor, personable, a perfectionist and really knows what he is talking about. I was really nervous and scared but he really took lots of time to explain everything to me and make me feel comfortable. He even helped work with me to be able to afford the operation (and it was nearly half of what the other guys were asking!)
After the surgery Dr J called to check on me, gave me his personal cell phone number and truly cared. I'm 4 months in and my nose looks great. It’s so natural looking and really looks great in photos now!!! If your in the tri state area and want a great nose job at an affordable price, look up Doctor J!!!!!!!

Dr. is very skilled and a perfectionist. Most surgical places are like chop shops, get them in and get them out as fast as possible to work on the next. Dr takes his time and truly cares about each of his individual patients. He is so talented it's amazing that he is so affordable. I had doubts and was pretty scared, but now seeing my cute little nose in all my recent photos makes it all worth it!!!
I don't think most facial plastic surgeons would consider themselves "chop shops", but I'm glad you found a doctor you trusted and liked so much. That's really important when seeking out cosmetic surgery of any kind. Do you have before and after photos you'd feel comfortable sharing?
