I love my new saline implants and I highly recommend Dr. Ganchi to anyone that is considering breast augmentation! I'd been considering breast implants for a few years, and waited a long time for several reasons - mainly because I wanted to make su re the procedure and implants were safe, and that I needed to find the best and most qualified plastic surgeon to perform the procedure.
