I came in today for my one of my post-op appointments it's been a year since I've gotten my surgery and I've been completely happy with it, however every time I go for a post-op appointment he wait is always over an hour up to even two hours, this being even if you are on time or even early. I purposely schedule my appointments early because I work in the day and have things to do. My appointment was for today 01/10/14 at 10:00am I arrived at 10:00am sharp, (mind you that I do live 45 minutes away from the office and had to wake up at 6am to get my sons and my meals ready for the day and him ready for school extra early because I wanted to be on time to my appointment and had to re-arrange my day earlier in order to be at dr. Grover's office on time) after I arrived they signed me in and I didn't get called into the room until almost 10:30, after that I waited in the room in a robe for over 30 more minutes the entire wait time for an appointment that really only takes 10minutes if not less (this is not the first appointment I have gone to for this) was an HOUR. I was so upset that I just walked out of the room and started driving to work which I was still an entire hour late to and got yelled at. I purposely made my appointment for 10am so I can get to work on time I didn't set an appointment at 10am just to be seen an hour later at 11am or even noon, in that case I would have set an appointment at 8am or even 9am. Furthermore I left the office and none of the staff even noticed which means they didn't enter my room till probably 12pm and I didn't receive a call from them till about 1:18 pm about me leaving. I see other patients that come in and get seen right away they wait 15 maybe 20 minutes and leave promptly, and I always have to wait hours to be seen I feel as if I'm not as important or as much of a priority for them. This is not the first time this has happened by the way, it's happen many times before and I never say anything because I love and appreciate Dr. Grover so much as a surgeon I've recommended them to countless friends in the industry and family but the way they have made me wait so long so many times got me fed up and I just had to write a review about it to get some kind of attention to the issue. In addition to the ridiculously long wait time when I went in for my consultation they promised I would get 20cc's of free Botox with my silicone implants, I even got a pamphlet on it and filled out an application for it this was almost a year ago and I STILL haven't received any response or have received the Botox and every single time I ask about it they say they will look into it and never do I am very very unsatisfied and I really hope they finally take me seriously and attend to these issues.

UPDATE on my latest review
StefanymelgarJanuary 29, 2014
This is an update on my last review after talking to Dr.Grover's staff they addressed my concerns appropriately and in a timely manner, everything was professionally handled and I was explained as to why my appointment wait time took long and was offered a sincere apology from the staff, seems as they had a busy day but their sincere concern and apology to my long wait time and their extended approach to fix things definitely proves that Dr. Grover and his staff definitely truly care about their patients and how it was an honest mistake. Dr. Grover himself called me personally in the afternoon to apologize for the long wait time, I truly appreciate their concern for keeping their patients happy. I take back my review and would recommend anyone who would be considering surgery to Dr. Grover, thank you and your staff so much for your kindness and consideration towards your patients!

Thank you for your update. Glad to hear your situation at your doctor's office was rectified. We still would like to hear more details about your breast augmentation. For example, what type and size implants did you get? How was your recovery? It sounds like you are happy with your results. Congratulations!
It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience - such as why you had the surgery, tips for getting good results, pros/cons, information on the recovery/pain/downtime and before & after photos.
As the community manager, I'm asked all the time to keep encouraging people to share more details, which is so helpful for others considering these procedures. So please accept this as a well-intentioned request from thousands.
