My body was changed after three pregnancy and I felt uncomfortable and not confident with my body. I also had a large pouch in my abdomen from a large hernia eventhough I was overall fit and not fat. This gave me problem with the type of clothes I could wear. I also had a lot of stretch marks. My breast looked empty and not full. Now many months after surgery, I feel beautiful and confident.
