Being over 50 yrs old, I found it impossible to lose my stomach fat even with training and running 1/2 Marathons and spinning and eating healthy. This was my last resort and I'm so glad I did it. I'm very pleased with the results and am considering addtional areas to be done. The results have made my self esteem blossom and I feel more comfortable at parties since clothes fit me better.
