I was in the same boat after nursing three kids for two years each. They were really deflated and saggy. I have recently had sub muscular implants placed and I hate them! They just don't seem to "sit" naturally or flow with the same movement of a natural breast. The muscle distortion sucks too. Did you have under the muscle or over?
