i had a breast lift, tt, and lipo. im 8 weeks po for b/l and 2 wks 3 days post of tt. i did two seperate procedures b/c my ps would not do everything in one procedure.

Hello ladies. Well today is three weeks post opt for me. Feeling good. I finally walked on some concrete today for a few minutes. It felt really good going outside. I have only been outside for dr.'s visit. Im going to get out of this hump and get moving so my body would loosen up some. Im so tight. I will let you guys know how the visit goes tomorrow and will update some pics. Thanks, and continue to heal.

Thanks. How are you girls doing, how is that healing coming on? Im three weeks post-opt today and my steri strips are not budging. Overall, Im feeling ok. Im not totally standing upright. We'll see what happens tomorrow at my post-opt visit.

Doing better today on my 18th day PO I am meeting with my PS this evening, I am standing up a little better, but my throat is itching, OMG I am praying I don't get the cold, or cough, please I cough once yesterday and I thought I was going to explode. I will try to take more pics and put them up today or tomorrow.

Hope all went well at your PO app this evening. I caught a slight cold and I kept throat lozengers in my mouth and kept drinking water and kept vicks on my neck. When I had to sneeze I held my mouth really tight so that it didn't come out. It helped, because I had a surprised sneeze and I was in pain for about 10 minutes which felt like forever.

Thanks girl for the heads up, my app went very well he told me I can drive and also do the "dirty" but slowly, LOL but he said I am healing very good. THANK GOD!

Today is one full month. Everyday gets better. Im feeling really good. I still have swelling. I sometimes feel stinging and a strange feeling in my bb. Im still wearing two CG. I think this has helped with my swelling. Im still taking all my vitamins. Im concentrating on getting rid of this scar.

Thanks JoBibbi. I say the same thing. lol. Im finally back to my younger years:) Faithfully wear two binders 24 hours a day. Can't wait until I get the ok to go work out. Ive been doing some little stretches and walking. Still doing lots of protein.
