Ok ladies a light snow storm in nyc yesterday and today 55 degrees & the sun shining bright.....Just a taste of whats to come so my focus is on my arms. I sooooooooooo hate them and WHY are the arms so hard to lose fat ugh...I have to get on my game for real. Until next time ladies!!!!

Lol that's great. I'm a 30 too. I also want to be a 28. I too need to work on my arms and my thighs. Lol when does it ever end. Oh well.

Tjuana, you are on the money with that. As soon as you fix one thing, you notice everything else! Its a vicious cycle we are in now!!!! You both look hot to death though with curves for days!

Looking good in your work out clothes. The ladies at work must be hating you ;)! There were some good workout exercises for arms in the new glamour mag. Check it out if you see one. Good luck with it. I gotta get off my butt and workout!!

Ok ladies my computer cooperated today lol. Posted a few pics. My computer was acting up I couldnt finish typing either anyway all is well Im healing well, still taking my vitamins, working out not too much tho, mainly walking. I just want to see my 6 months results.....HAPPY HEALING
