from the consult through the post surgical experience I was overwhelmingly impressed with the degree of professional care and expertise from dr. shafer....he even made a house call the following day after surgery as part of his routine aftercare.....the outcome was awesome and still under a year ago each day it still continues to look better....I had a neck lift and eye lift done at the same time and was pleased beyond my expectations....
