I have a twin sister and we both decided that we wanted a change and have Rhinoplasty procedures. Dr. Pearlman asked us why we were there and what we were interested in. We told him what kind of noses that we didn’t want to end up with and all the problems we’ve seen.

He explained to us medically why that would happen and assured us that it really shouldn’t be a problem. Dr. Pearlman made us feel at ease and he is confident. We’ve both seen really great results and had an easy recovery, so I can’t really look for anything else.
