Breast Augmentation: Stories

At the age of 57, with what were less than full volume breasts, a few months ago I underwent an augmentation. Dr. Cap Lesesne expertly performed what amounted to less than a two hour surgery in his Park Avenue office. The impressive results that he achieved were well beyond all of my expectations.

Although some other surgeons may say that an under the muscle placement provides better results, at least in my case, Dr. Lesesne thought otherwise. Under the muscle placement often results in significant pain and a more prolonged recovery time. My surgery was performed over the muscle, without general anesthesia and only with the injection of local anesthesia. I was wide awake the entire time and felt absolutely no pain. Immediately post surgery, I felt great. Plenty of traffic delays on the way home resulted in a two hour drive wherein I sat comfortably, sent text messages to my friends and happily chatted with my driver. Although I spent the next couple of days taking the antibiotics that were prescribed, resting and following doctor’s instructions, I was up and about very soon after that. In my opinion, not having to endure any potential consequences and the recovery ‘after-effects’ of general anesthesia, and having the surgery performed over the muscle resulted in zero to minimal pain and gave me the beautiful, full and natural looking C cup breasts that I that I’ve always desired. They look amazing and are incredibly soft to the touch. One would never believe these were implants.
