I am still loving my results (although to be honest, I should exercise and haven't at all (hanging head in shame!)). Hope everyone is doing well and best of luck to those going in!

Hi DashaD, I have read your story. First I would like to thank you for making all of us part of your journey. I love your posts especially for taking the time to list food that are good to eat and avoid while undergoing this procedure. I have opened up to a couple of my friends about getting Lipo and bbl. they are horrified and say I am taking a shirt cut. What they don't understand is that no matter how much I work out or run, my stomach will be fat and my butt small. I used to be a runner and now do small runs like 3- 6 k and that's all I can do.
Anyhow, the main reason I wanted to contact you is to ask you if you have any regrets, how is the sitting down? Everyone talks about this boopy pillow and I don't even know what I am suppose to do with It. any pics you can post?
Also, how was recovery? And scarring? How was dr schulman? I have an appt in 3 weeks. Any help would be awesome.

I'm still sooo happy with booty!!! Not so much with the 10/ish pounds I've gained since last winter, but some exercise should take are of that... I don't have much to add but wanted to upload some pics because I know there aren't a whole lot of post-op pics months later

your sides evened out nice! he gave you a really nice improvement! but yes that swelling in the sides and butt take FOREVER to go down

did you get 1000'cc in each cheek or 500 in each cheek?

Hi! Thanks doll! I didn't get any massages! They said it wasn't necessary. Dr S is so good- I would just follow whatever his advice was/ is about weight. He definitely knows what he is doing! I think the prices may have gone up a bit but I'm not sure..
