30 Yrs Old, 5'9, 240 Lbs (Tummy Tuck & Bbl) - New York, NY

So far I have been researching for 5 years now, I've had 3 consultations 2 of which were (walkiris Robles & salvator Pantoja) they have worked with my body type a lot. The scariest part is traveling and god forbid something goes wrong! I've noticed a lot of botched jobs and a lot of deaths and although everyone takes a risk with cosmetic surgery I rather spend a little extra cash go to someone who hasn't had any deaths. It is extremely important ladies to do your research!
After years of research I am taking vitaminC, bComplex, folic acid & iron pills, apple cider pills as well. I've battled with cigarette smoking for years and have finally quit back in january so that is a plus! I have been unsuccessful in weight loss tho! i go to the gym 3 times a week and body is getting very toned (arms, thighs and even my butt has gotten toned) but I'm still not loosing weight. I've seen people get procedures done who have weighed 400 lbs and up... it is very possible to have surgery if you are over weight; but you seriously have to prepare your body from the inside. prep your body with healthy eating (diets never worked for me and i do over eat) clean foods, lots of veggies, fruits and protein and exercise to keep your metabolism going, blood flowing and take your vitamins.
Now as for a doctor!! (cover your eyes please) I'm gonna go to doctor Ayman Shahine in NY. Yes I have researched everything about him good/Bad/Ugly... of all that I heard I can't find anything on him having death cases! Pain comes with beauty so I am prepared for the extra level of pain! why I'm choosing him is he's conveniently located in the city, I can be awake and feel comfortable during the procedure, I can go home right after instead some recovery house, I'm better located near my primary care doctor, he does tummy tucks without the scars & drains (i don't care about the stretch marks still there), he shapes and contours the body like no other! YOU KNO HIS WORK WHEN YOU SEE IT! He is serious with the waist to ass ratio. Dr. Shahine has some discrepancies with his licensing and horrible stories about his staff and clinic but his videos show actual people and actual results. But facts are he's been doing procedures for 15 years. Noone has ever died, the percentage of people with complications are very low and even the worst stories I've heard admit that their overall appearance and shape was better then before (there were things he could've done better) theres a lot going on with this doctor but I know he can take my body to another level with his techniques
I have seen actual women results right here in the bronx and heard they're experience. So I'm preparing myself in everyday possible before i go to him and I'm having my primary care doctor do all my lab work. so far i had it all done back in feb and everything came back normal so I will do it again whenever I decide to make a date...

Ok so someone contacted about my consult and possible procedure in which I am not happy!! They want to charge me $14,000 for scarless tummy tuck, full back lipo, fat transfer to butt. Considering all the good and bad I've heard about Dr.Shahine I'm already taking a risk going to him for procedure but I'm far from stupid!! I'm not going to pay him $14,000 when I have two other quotes for 5,200 & 5,500 even with travel, passport and massages I still won't be spending 14,000!! Especially when I kno someone who had her surgery with Dr.shahine and at first they told her 12,000 and then she went back to see him at like 3am and negotiated down to 8000 for a tummy tuck revision, full back lipo and fat transfer ... I have options and I don't plan on spending unnecessary money just incase I have to do a revision or something happens Ima gonna have money on hand to fix it!! Dr Robles & Dr Pantoja are both highly skilled with my body type and charged way less!! Guess it's my job to prepare my mind body and soul for a healthy recovery.

so i won't be going to DR. Shahine! he wants too much money and can't guarantee good work. i really like his work that I've seen in person but he is better with doing revisions on people... thats the big part i missed and I'm glad that i am continuing my research instead of rushing into this surgery.
