30 Yrs Old, 5'9, 240 Lbs (Tummy Tuck & Bbl) - New York, NY

In 30 days I have lost 23 lbs! My goal is to lose 30 pounds before surgery and I am almost there!! I'm so proud of myself! The most exercise I do is speed walk on the treadmill and a lot of outside walking and changed my diet to 2 servings of veggies chicken 3 times a week, fish 2 times a week, soup, colon cleanse and tea between meals and fruit smoothies for snacks. I still have been eating snacks and cakes but maybe once a day and I haven't drank soda at all!! I'm drinking atleast 4-5 cups of water. I've never drank so much water before and my weight has always been an issue but without thinking I've lost 23 pounds naturally.


Now I can book with Dr walkiris Robles!! I've been monitoring my menstrual as well which started on Friday oct 16th so I'm going to do my passport tmrw and try to book for a week before my next menstrual cycle. I've been planning for this for years so I already have 2 faja, compression socks, mederma, rosa mesquite oil, sweats and tanks... I only need a few more things like a pillow, house dress and funnel to pee, etc.
thank god I have all the money to pay for my flight and procedure and everything so I'm basically all set. I see my regular PCP Doctor on October 23rd, she will be doing my Blood work and everything to fax over to Dr Robles and if she approves me I will pay my deposit and continue my weight loss up until surgery

so i won't be going to DR. Shahine! he wants too much money and can't guarantee good work. i really like his work that I've seen in person but he is better with doing revisions on people... thats the big part i missed and I'm glad that i am continuing my research instead of rushing into this surgery.

Ok so someone contacted about my consult and possible procedure in which I am not happy!! They want to charge me $14,000 for scarless tummy tuck, full back lipo, fat transfer to butt. Considering all the good and bad I've heard about Dr.Shahine I'm already taking a risk going to him for procedure but I'm far from stupid!! I'm not going to pay him $14,000 when I have two other quotes for 5,200 & 5,500 even with travel, passport and massages I still won't be spending 14,000!! Especially when I kno someone who had her surgery with Dr.shahine and at first they told her 12,000 and then she went back to see him at like 3am and negotiated down to 8000 for a tummy tuck revision, full back lipo and fat transfer ... I have options and I don't plan on spending unnecessary money just incase I have to do a revision or something happens Ima gonna have money on hand to fix it!! Dr Robles & Dr Pantoja are both highly skilled with my body type and charged way less!! Guess it's my job to prepare my mind body and soul for a healthy recovery.
