Okay so this is something That I always wanted . Have been researching for the past five years, went on several consultations just never found the right person. Until I met Dr. Shafer. Went for my second consultation with him yesterday and couldn't be more pleased. He answered all my questions made me feel at ease and now I'm so excited I'm about to burst. I can't believe I'm actually going to go through with this. so here's my story I'm 41 years old 5'2 135pounds and I have 2 children And i am a total gym rat But was never pleased with the appearance of my belly. Will post some before pictures as soon as possible And share my experiences with all....

It's the night before and of course I'm having massive anxiety But from what I've read it seems to be normal. Xanax to help me sleep tonight and one in the morning to call my nerves wish me luck

Today is day three after my surgery all went well but the pain is a lot worse than I expected I'm bored out of my mind and my back is killing me.. Really can't tell but so far my stomach looks great no Bruising at it all And very little swelling. Dr. Schaffer was very pleasant his staff was very professional and his office was Immaculate. My first visit will be this Wednesday I'm hoping he will be able to take the drains out

Glad you are happy with your results. Seems like a lot of people say that after the first 3 days the worst part is over. Your Dr is quite talented AND nice to look at too!!

Yes he's absolutely adorable and the best part about him is his bedside manner . he's very calming always has a smile and very pleasant To Talk to. I have two more surgeries scheduled with him in the next six months and am very confident that they will go well

I had a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and Lipo. I'm waiting six weeks and also having a breast lift with silicone implants

I did but I also had a lot of loose skin and I was tired of spending two hours of my day at the gym I felt as though the amount of effort I put into my diet and exercise I should've looked better
