I had a baby at 17 and my boobs never recovered....

I had a baby at 17 and my boobs never recovered. My areolas are HUGE and cover a great part of each breast. One is bigger than the other and one hangs lower. I struggle with constant weight fluctuations so that takes a toll as well. I hate buying bras or shirts because I have no cleavage in anything I wear. I also feel like my breasts are way saggier than they should be. You can see how much flat space I have on my chest. I know augmentation won't help cleavage much but it doesn't matter. I really want an areola reduction, a breast lift, and implants for fullness. I've been saving up for a really long time and finally scheduled a consultation for next week. So ready for this journey!

Consultation earlier this week: using fat instead of implants?

Things didn't go exactly the way I wanted, unfortunately.

Well for starters, I'm only 21 so I got hit with the "You can't have silicone implants until you're 22". That's just so silly to me. How much different will my body be between now and 5 months when I turn 22?

Nonetheless, I was still willing to just do a breast lift since I care more about sagging than size but then my surgeon gave me an 'alternative'. I can have my breast lift and he can also use my own fat to fill them out. I never heard of this!

Naturally, I obliged. Then we went over pricing and I see that the 'fat transfer to chest' costs over $3,000 and the liposuction to obtain said fat costs almost $2,000. Woah.

Anyways, here's my latest question:

Will waiting 5 months until I'm 22 and able to get silicone implants save me money? I honestly don't know which option costs more on average. I only ever considered implants and never thought of using my own fat.

As of right now, I can afford just the breast lift. But if I want the fat transfer, I'll have to save up for at least another 4 months. By that time, I'll basically be 22 anyway!

Decisions :(
