WORTH IT$3,300
So it's been a few months now. I've been wearing push up bras and at the very least bras and bathing suits with underwires to make sure the left doesn't droop any lower. Haven't noticed a huge difference. I still gets shooting pains sometimes but they only last a brief moment and pass. I've been using Mederma on my scars twice a day and they've smoothed out quite a bit. Overall I'm pretty happy.

Update
So I spent hours at Victoria Secret yesterday. The biggest size they carry is DDD but have little to no selection in that size so I tried on DDs in a bandwith a couple sizes up hoping to just cover the nipple. I found a couple I liked that just barely covered. I also found a sports bra with an underwire with foam padding to boost. I settled on these but they might not cut it in the long run. I'm at least an F so these are smaller than is acceptable but I don't really have other options for stores I can go to to try them on.

yes, I wear the push up bras all day and a sports bra with a big padded underwire at night and to bed

I think the red one is super sexy on you! You mentioned DD but how far up did you go in band size? I'm 34F but I've been trying on 36DDs since they're more available. I hate all of them. Lol

Yes, I'm also a 34F. All the bras I got were 36DD but by lunch time I've got to readjust to cover my nipple back up. If I go any higher on the band size it's not tight enough to support them or hold them up in any way.

Yesterday I found some push-up bras in 34DD made by DKNY in the Maidenform store. The Maidenform brand was way too small but DKNY fit fine. It's funny how much the cup sizes vary between manufacturers!

You could always go to Macy's or dillards and get sized and just order the bras online.

Bottoming out
So lately I've been noticing my left side is lower than my right. It's really been getting me down so I decided to reach out to my doctor. He confirmed it did look like it had bottomed out so some and the only thing I can do at this point is "aggressive uplifting" to prevent it from dropping anymore. That means wearing push up bras 24 hours a day for 2-4 months. I have 800cc implants..... I'm lucky to find ANY bra that fits let alone a push up bra that will push up a 5lb implant. I'm so devastated. I feel selfish for wanting to go so big. So today begins my struggle to find a push up bra in a size that will at least cover my nipples. I never thought I'd have to buy a push up bra again. Ugh, so upset.

I'm so sorry. That must be so frustrating! Its hard enough to find bras let alone push up bras in anything bigger than a DD. Maybe you can use removable push up pads from a smaller bra in one that fits your size? Please keep us posted as I'm sure there are other ladies experiencing the same thing and may be able to share some advice!
