I had always battled carrying my weight between my waste and my knees. Exercise didnt do much for it. I had been researching lipo and smart lipo for years and years and finally decided to do it. The best decision I ever made for myself! Instant results! Tough recovery if you have a lot removed, but WORTH EVERY MINUTE! I feel more confident as a result. I would do it again!
