I am new to RealSelf and have done a lot of research in getting a Brazilian Buttlift!!! I love Dr. Yily's work regarding the sculpting aspect, but when you see her patients BOOTY's , it's just not doing it for me, needless to say that doesn't mean she can't give someone the perfect round, bootylicious booty. I also wanted to give these 36DD's a lift...lol! Since her prices are sooo affordable I definitely wanted to take advantage.

I love Dr. Salama's and Dr. Perry's work as well. I feel a little more comfortable going with them because of the results/pictures that the girls have been posting and everyone looks sooo nice!!! Also, Salama is practically booked for the entire year :-( Most importantly they are located here in the U.S. and I am hesitant in going oversees for the procedure.

With that being said, I have sent my pictures to all three doctors and waiting for a response sooonnnn :-)

Heyyy Girls!!!! So I have scheduled my surgery date with Dr. Salama!!!!!!!!!!!! The bad thing, is that he is booked all the way till next Februrary 2014:-( so my surgery date is MARCH 24TH 2014..I am sooooo excited even though it's so far away it will give me time to pay the amount down each month, I can lose some lb's, and get everything I will need to be prepared.

If there is any BBL girls that could give me advice on how to prepare myself..I would definitely appreciate it. Till then, I will post some pre-op pictures soon and continue to patiently wait for my BIG DAYYYYY!!!!!

I have such a long way to go till my surgery date...sucks! I changed my date to March 25th, I know it's only a day difference, but I chose it because I prefer to have my consult with Dr. Salama on Monday instead, plus the flights with Jet Blue are cheaper if you fly during the week.

I was suppose to post some pre-op pics, but I'm so embarrassed of my body lol..I will do it eventually!!!! Before surgery I need to lose at least 20 lbs, I would like to lose weight starting in October, I'm afraid if I lose weight too soon that I might gain it back, but I definitely do not want to gain anymore, what do you girls think I should do???

Other than that, I am very EXCITED to get SALAMAFIED!!!!!! xxxxoooo

So I need to lose weight for the bbl, which isn't till next March. I am going to get a physical soon to see how my health is and what I need to work on by the time I get surgery. I know I will have to get another physical before my surgery, but I just want to be prepared. Also, how much is 4000 cc? In Florida, the legal limit to lipo is 4000 cc, I would like to know how much that is in pounds because I want to know how much exactly do I need to lose before Dr. Salama BOOTYFIES me!!!! Also, sometimes I see some girls who still have a lot of back rolls after surgery, and I do not want that to be me...Any Salama vets please let me know your thoughts!!!

But that includes 8 pounds in total of fluid, including some of the fluid that will be injected for the lipo and blood. I was told this is not 8 pounds of pure fat, it's 4000 cc's total.

8 pounds does not sound like much but it makes an amazing difference, I love my results but I weigh exactly the same I did pre op the fat is just in all the right places (my ass) lo

8 lbs doesnt sound like much...I just found out that it includes fat and fluid though. I just dont want anymore backrolls...lol

Hey boo! Don't feel bad, my surgery with Dr. Salama isn't until next year too. I guess we'll appreciate it more and have our bodies looking right since we have such a long wait. Stay focused!

How to prepare: eat healthy as possible, drink plenty of water, do lite daily exercises, and take needed vitamins( talk to ur doctor). That's all you need to do! Just be as healthy going into surgery and don't carry excess fat all over your body. Every since I've been on this site I and My husband notice the smaller girls results were better looking after surgery. No Offense to anyone in particular. The less fat the better ur overall results, of course that doesn't include the weight gain needed for surgery/ for some folks. Good luck!!! Also keep calling doctor office bcuz girls always cancel.
