I have been working out and trying to get my body in decent shape for more than half a decade now. No matter how hard or honestly i tried , i haven't been able to reduce or get my chest and lower abdomen in a good masculine shape. My job requires me to be highly mobile and active and having extra fats didn't help my cause. So I finally decided to look into other options , and after researching for nearly months I found Dr Sameer Karkhanis best suited to my needs. He was not only prompt but very clear and honest in his replies to all my queries. When I finally visited his clinic for the procedure where i was looked after well and was given a clear idea about what to expect and the timeline of my recovery. This helped me plan for other things well in advance. The procedure was carried under general anesthesia, and I woke up directly in my hosp. room where the room was kept ready and in ambient conditions to make sure i was in least discomfort. Post op , I was looked after well by his staff , the room and the service was well suited to my needs. It took me around 3-5 days to be able to move freely and be a little comfortable with myself. its been 2 weeks now , the drain/ stitches have been removed already and I am under physiotherapy sessions to remove the stiffness in my body which is common post op.
The Dr is still available whenever required to quickly reply to my smallest and silliest of the doubts.
I am still wearing the compression suit 24 x 7 as I still have a little swelling in my body , but that is expected to go down in the next few weeks. I can see and feel my body slowly adjusting to the change and taking its shape everyday.
So far the experience has been better than what I had expected and I would highly recommend Dr Sameer Karkhanis for those looking out for such procedures.
