Hello my tt sisters, today I am 8 weks PO. I saw my PS yesterday, he has cleared me for everything and told me he didn't have to see me back unless I had some problems. He also informed me to wean off my cp and to buy a spanx to start wearing. Well since I still have the lower ab swelling I think I will hold on to it a little while longer. He said that the little swelling I do see looks perfect and his new nurse said I looked amazing:-) He also said I shoud put you on my bilboard lol. Anyway I've been cleared of this surgical bra also so I will def pay vs a visit today. I don't have any major pains just the swelling. I'm still happy I did this for myself. Both doc & nurse say they couldn't see the unevenness and I'm being too hard on myself. I"m not at my final results but I'm happier than before having the surgery. I hope who has crossed to the flat side is doing well, sending out prayers for those scheduled today, and for the ones thing about it, come on and join us, you won't be sorry you did.

Congratulations on your healing progress. It's an honor for the PS to tell you that you should be on their bilboard. That means he's very proud of your progress as well as his work and he wants others to see. I've been following you ever since you logged on and you are one of my idols. I love your progress, you and your PS did a very good job. You look VERY good. Congratulations Again.
Thank you so much. You are doing the right thing to ask questions and consult with more than one ps. When you decide, you won't be sorry. Recovery is so different for everyone and it depends on your circumstances. Sometimes acts if God forces you to return to normal functioning sooner than others but if you have willing unbiased help take it. I have a high tolerance for pain, but I felt more numbness than pain. Drainage tubes became uncomfortable about the forth day. I had stitches so I'm not sure about the glue. I would do it all over again and thankful to God I was able to do it. Thanks again and good luck, keep us posted on your decision:-)

Just wondering exactly who was you dr there? I'm having my TT done in the same building by dr. Brantely . Just curious because they did an excellent job .

Hello everyone, I hope all is healing well. Me- all I can say is swell hell go away. After walking around at the St Pattys day parade Saturday, having a couple of cold happy drinks, and eating a burger today that my sister grilled, my tummy is screaming please take a break, lol. I will be 7 wks po tomorrow. I would do this all over again too. Still happy with my results even tho I still have swelling above incision. For the most part I'm enjoying this ride to my final results. Don't get me wrong you have good days & bad days but it is all worth it. Happy healing to all on the flat side and good luck to all coming to join us:-)

Hey you. Your scar looks fantastic! Sorry for the swelling lol sorry to be the bearer of bad news! But I am knocking on 7 months and still swell. So sorry!
Hey thanks, I put my slim by night on and went to sleep. You look great too, your ready for the spring & summer, hopefully I'll be where you are by the summer. I was hoping to rest today but we had a hail storm yesterday and both if my vehicles got a beat down but not too bad, I've seen pics of some cars that looks like they were on a train wreck. Ttyl

Hello all the flat side diva, those about to...

Hello all the flat side diva, those about to become divas, and the ones considering, I hope all is doing well and pray for the up coming surgeries to go well. I was 6 weeks po yesterday. I'm feeling great. I still would do it all over again. I still have swelling in my lower ab above my scar but I continue to message and use my maderma. I'm still wearing my compression garment and binder daily and I'm trying to patiently wait for this lower ab swellingbto go away. My daughter mistakenly threw away my silicone strips the 3rd day. Hopefully I can get new pics later. Happy healing everyone:-)
