Ecstatic with the Results!! Minneapolis, MN

Six weeks have past since my breast augmentation with Dr. Tholen, and I am very grateful that I chose him as my surgeon! At 23 years old, I felt ready and that I'd fully evaluated this decision on all standpoints: on my ethics, on the basis of risks, etc. I knew in my heart it was what I wanted, and that I would be happier as a result. Originally a 34A, I never disliked my body, but I have always desired a fuller size to feel more womanly and my age.

From the get-go, I had a good feeling that I should trust Dr. Tholen with the surgery. He took a half hour in a free consultation to explain the standards and practices of his office, introduce me to the various types of implants/areas of incisions/sizes, and also measured me and had me try on sizes I may be happy with. His kind demeanor was not forced, and it was obvious he was passionate about his craft and took care for every patient he did procedures for. He is easy to talk to, but most importantly, I could read his intelligence in his field by his sharpness and the knowledge he displayed. I did my own hefty research for months beforehand, and his methods of breast augmentation correlated with what I was looking for.

I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he delivered! I couldn't be happier with my results. They feel like a part of my body; I (almost) forget I even had surgery now and then. The recovery was difficult for the first week, but after 7 days, I stopped taking all narcotics and was on extra-strength Tylenol. The nurses and staff were happy to answer any follow-up questions I had, as now and then I felt odd spasms or strange sensations and wanted to confirm that all was in the clear. They were all very sweet and attentive as well. As my questions for Dr. Tholen were extensive and thorough, I received thorough answers on what needed to be done post-op to have a successful healing. He is happy to alleviate all concerns and is prompt with his responses. He even corresponded with me via email when I was abroad and sent him updates with photos.

I would highly recommend and trust in Dr. Tholen. His practice in its entirety is efficient, professional, and meticulous about safety and making sure his results deliver. If I had to do it again, I would choose Dr. T!
