Since the age of around 15 I have been thinking of this surgery. I have always been of a fairly small build but with huge breasts and finally decided enough is enough! I currently wear a 32FF or 30G cup and I am hoping to go down to around a D. I told the surgeon I would be happy with anything from a C-D-DD which he was happy with as they don't like you to be too precise.

So I decided to upload some pictures of the way I am now.. Very scary doing this as I'm really not keen on looking at my boobs in the mirror let alone showing the world pictures but I have seen so many reassuring pictures that make me feel like I'm not alone so here goes !
