Dr. Ayman Shahine the Beauty Doctor

First things first all the pictures on this website are fake he has his staff put them up and post fake reviews ever wonder why there are only pictures on the table. He has extend your arms in the air so the butt look bigger and ur stomach looks flatter, the pictures from before and after patients are from two different patients. Wants only cash payment because you will never see your money again if not satisfied or if you change your mind. He will have you waiting for over 12 hours and if you want to leave you cant because he has you full amount in cash. He cannot shape a butt and he is not certified. You are never happy with results and he never takes responsibility all he wants is money and for you to spend more and more his consultations are scams he is a good talker he preys on minorites. none of his staff are certified nurses and will quote you a crazy price because they receive commision. The reason you are not put to sleep is becasue they will take away his medical license. You are in extreme pain when you are awake and afterwards. This medical prodecure when you are asleep not local anesthesia. There is no anesthisialogist. It is dirty in an office and not sanitary. We need to stick together and be honest with each other all these post are fake he has his staff do them spread the word this is our body we need to help each other he is a liar a scammer who just wants money you will never get the body you want he will charge you for touch ups

I had a little lipo done on my sides and back in Feb. 2013. I was a size 4 to begin with, just wanted to tweak my figure to make it look cleaner. He made me look worse. Also, I waited 13 hours to get operated on and during follow-ups, he makes you wait 5 hours while his staff continually lies that he's on his way, he's parking etc, etc. He does not provide a garment, once you're operated you're on your own. He does not refer to a chart for his patients, the only chart is one done with handwritten scribbles when you go in to hustle you on the price. His staff is BEYOND unprofessional. Worse of all I developed 2 seromas (liquid filled sacs) on each side of my abs and when he finally saw me, he said that's how my body was shaped. He is beyond sloppy and unprofessional. Value yourself, your body and your money. Go to a Dr that is professional and has a professional staff where you will be treated with the respect you deserve.

@ kimsil maybe people are just frustrated that they spend all this money to look better and come out in extreme pain after waiting 12 hours or better and not getting the proper medications needed to properly numb your body for such a procedure yet alone the results you are promised! Also the negligence he continues to practice by not doing the minimal assessments like taking your blood pressure! its insane!! people are expected to roll off this dirty tiny bed and just go home, he walks away from you without even acknowledging if your okay and yes he does have inexperienced medical assistants working for him which have no regards for your well being! If you haven't figured it out YESS i was just a recent victim of Dr. Shahine and was treated as a number but only after paying cash in full!! He is pleasant during your consultations ( of course any sales pitch will do) but when it is time for surgery he does not know who you are!! The minimum he can do is look at the chart and at least try and say your name as any person in the medical field will do! He never knows what he stated during consultation but he is fast to say how you can use another procedure and is charging you while he is performing on you! I am ashamed to post any pictures of my self because not only am i disfigured (my abdomen especially) i am BEYOND UN EVEN!!! If you draw a line down the middle i look like two different women! He has no regards for his patients at all, the only time he becomes sincere is when you are at your follow up and complaining to him about your outcome!! YESS he will apologize to you and it will be heart felt and offer you a free touch up (if your lucky) but the plain and simple truth about Dr Shahine is his lack of time management and worst of all his overall outcome of your figure! So in reality in order to look like something you have to go in 2 times maybe even 3 times for "touch up". NOW as far as the pain, many girls i spoke to have stated they felt the pain and it was extreme, i have yet to hear of a live person in his office say they did not feel anything. If you sit down and just conversate with the patients in his office (Manhattan) you will hear the same sh!nanganz , how upset they are, how they need a 2nd or 3rd procedure and HOW PAINFUL LIPOSUCTION was! I believe they use low dosage of medication when they want and give you boot leg pain medication, as far as the lidocaine, he uses 1 bottle maybe half to try and numb your entire body!!! Helllloooo!?!?!?!?!? Unfortunately he does have a women lined up waiting to be serviced but this is all referrals, and a lot of them are willing to be treated as a number because of the location and different outcomes to different women. But the sad part is they are not aware that in order to see a difference you must under go "touch ups". Its sad . But to those of you who have been successful with Dr. Shahine "AMEN", you have spared yourself but to those of you , like me, who have been victimized dont be afraind to share your story! At the end of the day its my body, my money, MY STORY, and ill be da**ed if I am going to sit here and lie to anybody about my experience! Yes I complained, but for those of you still choosing to go, ask for a higher dosage of pain meds and hopefully you wont pass out from the pain like i did!! FYI i do not do drugs, no over the counter anything, do not smoke, do not drink, and i have a high tolerance for pain and yet the pain intolerable!

I had a wonderful and positive experience with Dr Shahine. I don't work for him and I really don't care . I'm just telling you sisters about my honest to God real life experience. MY mother had her procedure with him a few years ago and now in her mid fifties she still looks great with beautiful curves. All her friends who she recommended to him still look great and are very satisfied. I found him on bbldoc.com and I see his good work. I also saw some negative comments about him but I felt they were too subjective and un trust worthy. His work spoke for itself and someone with such results and exprience had to be great. I went ahead and had lipo with fat transfer to my butt with him and I couldn't be happier with my outcome .He is a very professional classy and caring person. He agreed to accept me as a patient after my blood test results and medical assement were normal . The procedure was comfortable and not painful at all. It was much easier than going to my dentist. I paid with my care credit. His office is high end and pristine with lots of medical machines and high end lasers. During the fat transfer to the butt I felt some pressure but really no pain. He took his time and chatted with me the whole time educating me how to take care of myself. He did tell me that smoking, even if second hand desensitizes to anesthesia and that what I do in terms of post op care and adherence to post procedure instructions is more important than the surgery itself in order to obtain a good final outcome, especially with fat transfer because it is a living changing tissue. He also showed me pictures of people who did not follow instructions and wore very tight clothing which gave them lines and irregularities, and taught me how to avoid that. yes I paid money but I feel it was worth every penny. I am very happy with my outcome. I am writing this because this dr really changed my life and gave me my self respect and self esteem back.
