Hi. Lying in bed at 5:09 alarm goes off to take care of kids at 645. Can't sleep! A combo of nervous, excitement, and some serious concerns. I'm a pretty small 34 a, 4 kids, breast fed, and am getting 325 silicone gel by silimed. Since I am narrow and thin -5"6, 121 pounds, PS recommends dual plane surgery - under and over muscle, to not put too much weight on my thinner skin. Anyone use silimed textured ? Another doctor was using mentor but was $2k more expensive and I liked this PS more, and more affordable. Incision under the chest. No lift, he says the implants will do the job. Been looking through reviews. Seeing beautiful boobies, but worried about those 4 month post op pics where suddenly everything drops ;)

CRAZY PAIN!!! MASSIVE BOOBIES!! 1 day post op

Went under close to 4 pm, Completed operation yesterday around 5 pm, couldn't imagine I would ever be able to move independently, yet somehow, after some major narcotic painkillers, I was able to walk around and leave by 915 pm.

I had nothing in my system because had been throwing up all the night before, and even threw up 4 times at 930 - when I was told to stop drinking any more water.

So around 3 or 4 am I got up to go to the bathroom, and felt like i was going to pass out. I am not a drama queen, but felt like I was going to not make it without calling for help. So I quickly asked for some water, and laid down on the cold tile. I was sweating profusely (also unlike me). Then I got a tablespoon of peanut butter, and had some towels around me. Stayed there until my normal breathing resumed, drinking, and finishing the peanut butter. Felt better to get some help and get to my bed. Thankfully, without calling anyone frantically.

I literally feel like my breasts have taken over my chest, and my breathing. FEEL extremely constrictive. and MASSIVE!!!

Doc says everything came out amazingly, and he is very pleased with the results, but wants me to come in today re the swelling I am complaining about. I settled for sending him a picture, since his office is an hour away. NO WAY. He also recommends holding off on pain meds for a few more hours, so I should try to have a day.

Just before we started he asked if I wanted to do 305 or 325. He put them against my chest. He said 305 will be more subtle but 325 more noticeable. While in reality I probably wanted to go for the more subtle, I read enough about regrets not going bigger, so I oped for the 325. I also know 20 cc is not big a difference. They feel ENORMOUS now.

MORE PICS of actual boobies - 1 day post op 325 cc 5"6, 123 lbs.

due to swelling my doctor told me that maybe my bra was too tight, and to open up my bra for a few hours and send him pictures. I didn't think I was going to open this until Saturday (3 days post op), but I got to take a look. No clue if these are called good, asymmetrical or what - for now focused on the abnormal swelling and pain.
