Since my last update I've had in total 6 massages....
Since my last update I've had in total 6 massages. The last one I had at home has been more gentle and bearable. There is still a good amount of swelling in the lower abdomen and the flank areas as well as my private part but everyday I see great improvement and I'm happy with my results. It is definitely a recovery that exercises your patience. The discomfort of sleeping is also improving and the tightness in the morning is not as bad.

Yes I was so nervous about my swelling and lumpiness in the abdomen and private part. So after much searching found someone who knows about the massage. And I've done one so far and immediately saw a difference. Another one today at 10:30am. A bit costly where I live but have to suck it up! Thanks for everything.

Thanks. I showed him a wish pic, but throughout my visits with him I emphasized that I didn't want it big, just natural looking and shaplier.

I couldn't go to the massages down there with the lady recommended - i went to 3 and after that my stitches closed up and it was to painful - I go to a spa closer to where I live. I couldn't drive 1 hour each way 3 x a week for massages - 2 much since I hav someone taking me everywhere - I'm not driving yet - when did u have u procedure ?
I know. So far i've had 5 with the lady. Thats the worst part of this procedure. The are almost unbearable but so important. I had my procedure friday morning.
