I called a few doctors with no luck yet. Interested in going to Miami. Don't know what to bring. I'm feeling excited because I really want this done and I've done lots of research so I think I'm on the right track, I would love it if I had some support but I'm embarrassed to tell my friends and family. They think I'm just getting lipo. I need a travel buddy

Forgot to put my stats. I'm 160 and 5'3 just recently had a baby she is three weeks old!!! I know I'm suppose to wait but I really want this done b4 summer time. I contacted dr yily and wrote my message in Spanish thinking it will speed up the reply. I'm also waiting for Dr.Pelayo and wanting for a reply. Can anyone give advice on traveling to DR?

Omg so those of you who have haste surgery how do jeans fit cuz I'm thinking the butt part will be tight and the leg part might look lose and funny. How is the proportions from your legs and your butt. I'm sure it might look odd of ur ankles are super skinny then ur have a huge booty.



Omg Dr.Pelayo's staff suck I am def NOT going with him so my search is still on;-( and I haven't heard back from Yily yet;-(

Okay ladies so I know this night be an odd request job. But I wanna get this done b4 she is booked on April 25th!!! so I think the English speaking lady has been away for a while now and it's only Spanish speakers. I would love if someone could do a three way call with me and speak for me to get my appt booked and confirmed;-) bc "mi no hablo" that's my best Spanish I know it's said. I took it in high school and don't know anything at all.

I spoke to Yira and I'm done for the 25th of April. Although this surgery is taking all my savings it's something I really want so I'm cool...plus ill b making real money once I finish my schooling!!

Okay so the count down is on and I have a million questions. Mainly cuz I'm freaking on and I'm going alone. I'm only staying a few days and need advice?? Is it okay of I'm only staying a few days my schedule won't allow for any longer. Also I will be taking my drains out myself. Has anyone taking out ther own drains? I'm nervous cuz I can't get ahold of jmspa and Yily hasn't replied to my email in over a week:-/ should I call?


Anyone know of a god app on the iPhone that slows u to type and it speaks the Spanish for you? I don't know Spanish and would like to have something that will help people understand me and vise versa. Also once I get to the airport how can I get to her office? How much do you think a cab is gonna cost.

Garments. Any suggestions?

Creams for healing? What should I use?

Vitamins for healing? What to use.
So I'm 5'3, 148 ibs. I'm getting the lipo to all the strandard areas, with fat to butt and breast lift.

I know there is a lot of questions but if anyone can answer even one I wil be happy. I'm freaking out and getting excited and all the other things.

Oh did u all carry your full amount of money with you in cash did u convert it?? How did that work?

Day after surgery. Hurts like HELL but pain killers r helping. Love Yily she is super cute n really nice. I'm excited to see what I'll look like three months from now. Still in pain ill update more when I feel better. Ps jmed is great, food lovely. If u don't speak Spanish b site to download translation app. Also talkatone is an app that allows free calls to anywhere u just need wifi.

Yily is amazing. Customs gave me a hard time tho...

Yily is amazing. Customs gave me a hard time tho thinking that I was smuggling something in my boons and azz. I have no criminal record n I'm not at all that type so it took me almost 3 hours to get out of the airport:-/ I'm sure tired , hurting alil. Ill update in detail alil later this week.

Okay sooooo recovery sucks. I have my moments of happiness, regret, joy and unbelief but I knows it's worth it. Posted new pictures. I'm home being waited on hand and foot and love it. I will start my lymphatic massages next week and will wash my garment too. My drains are still in and the drain ages has decreased a lot. I have been using my hoppy pillow but while in DR I slept on my back with out it. My pin meds make me tired but they work wonders. Most of the stuff I packed I didn't use tho I really just used my body wash, tape, pads n wipes. I def think its great that most of the people stay so long and yes Yily was mad I left so soon but I know that my after care at home would be much quicker etc. my roomie in Jmed was a amazing n the people at the airport r super helpful. In a wheel chair the whole time and got to cut every line!!! That's it for now ill post my measurements tomw. These pills starting to kick in.

Ps put ur drain in sum kinda bag cuz u don't want people looking at u kinda funny. Happened by customs they actually wanted to look in my bag after trying to make me put it in one of those bins.

Super happy everything was worth it!

I would love it if I'm scar free I'm sure it's not...

Soooo I'm not sure if its me but my butt n hips have gone down a lot. Before I freak out ill upload a pic later. Plz tell me wat u think. N my boobs I'm not sure if they will stay like this they r freaking cone shaped. God plz help I'm getting upset n I'm hoping that things will go back to po day 2 or 3.....I still think Yily is the best. I'm just not sure if this is normal...my butt isn't flat, it never was but int def isn't anything like my po pic now:-/

So my drains are still in I think I hadn't been drinking enough water. Very important. Got two creams that help 1) Arnica-helps with pain n swelling 2) mederma- helps with scars

I got a Charlie horse n started to cry, again follow directions and always have feet elevated. I feel a million times better n thankful for all y'all support. I love my body n it's amazing how many complements ive gotten. Clothes do fit alil strange cuz my waist is so small in comparison to my butt n hips.

I'm looking for another garment with the butt out.

Ps Yily let's suit on butt which I did p, if I hadit to do again I wouldn't sit on my butt.

It was an easy choice because of all the great reviews I saw. Her staff where very helpful...the down side is they are super busy so the time it takes to get a reply is really long.

Girl you look amazing! I wanted to know if I should loose someweight before surgery. I'm 5" 163 lbs. I carry most of my weight in my belly, arms and face. My surgery won't be till august and I dont want to carry that big gut all summer. But I'm afraid if I loose any weight yily might not have enough fat to transfer to my butt. Any suggestions????? Help!

Girl I was just saying that I wouldn't but now that I look at it its a different technique she's using maybe that's why she's telling us its okay. It still has to fluff its really unreal not to sit on your butt especially if you did your boobs.

Its normal to be cone shaped I had mine done in March and they was cone shaped they will do that until they drop. Its normal happy healing

i hope it doesnt get any smaller ! doctors say u loose fat like some of the cells dont make it like 30% thats why they inject extra sso maybe thats what it iss.

where are your incisions from the lipo and insert... wow that is great. did you get a tummy tuck as well. What a transformation.. I love the fact that you have no scars.. Im going to see if yily has something open for June I need a round two.. not sure if I should go back to my doc for correction. Looking at a lot of yilys work but I hadn't heard of her till a few months back

Yes I only have 2 small scars under my arms n my TT has a small scar near my bikini line. Yes Yily is great my butt has melts its volume thus far!! Good luck keep me posted!
