5 and a 1/2 wks Post Op
Still slight swelling, tenderness but not sore, and still in garment. The most I've had my garment off has been two consecutive days and four days in total some surgery. I've been exercising and I'm on a calorie deficit. Day of surgery I weighted 154. Now, after surgery with my diet I've gone down to 142, my goal weight is 125/120. I'm working my butt off even though I'm not seeing results physically the scale is moving and we all know that the scale doesn't lie. That's my motivation to keep going to reach my goal no matter how long it takes, because the longer it takes the more use to the lifestyle change I'll be.

1 week post...
So it has been a full week since I had my liposuction! Everyday gets better but until better comes there's lots of "discomfort." These foams are working my last nerve. It feels as if they are pulling my skin down. Well I only have to wear them for 1 more week... let's see if I can make it. As far as pain there isn't a lot of it, just discomfort when getting up and sitting down. I'm starting to itch and have a little numbness. I see a little unevenness but can't tell for sure until the swelling is completely gone. I did get on the scale and the was only a 2lb difference. However, in extremely adamant about firming and toning once I feel my body is ready. Thanks to everyone for their comments, likes, and reviews, take care.
