After 4 Consultations and 3 Deposits...Miami, FL

This has been a up and down battle for me....

WORTH IT$3,500
This has been a up and down battle for me. Initially I consulted with Dr. Mendieta in 2011, and paid my deposit but backed out. Next, I consulted with Dr. Jimenez in January and paid another deposit, but after careful research I found out that he was not a real doctor. After losing $1k dollars I was getting frustrated and depressed. Well I went to Spectrum to consult with Dr. Ortega in February and felt comfortable and content with him. However, he was booked through June. So lastly they offered for me to have Dr. Omulepu do my surgery, since I didn't want to wait that long. I'm a 31 year old mother of 2. My weight has been fluctuating for the last year. However, even at my lightest (125) my stomach is still extremely pudgy, which is why I wanted the liposuction for my entire torso.

I backed out because I was extremely nervous. My youngest son was not even 1 yet. I think he is a phenomenal doctor.

Oh ok. I completely understand. Thank you

Yes. If you do your research and I did extensive research... plus a complaint with the state of Florida surgeons.

He has no credentials. All certifications are public information and he is not certified as a doctor nor a plastic surgeon. The only certification he had is a surgical technician assistant and that is not a surgeon. They claim he was a surgeon in Columbia but that holds no weight hear in the Florida nor the United Sates.

It had to be done
So day of surgery I was told to arrive by 7:30 am, however my procedure wasn't administered until around 11 or 12. Amazingly an hour and a half later I was done. My body went into full shock. I was EXTREMELY cold, and was shaking uncontrollable. I was given 3 blankets and a warmer but was still freezing. Once my iv bag emptied I could leave. My hired nurse wheeled me to the car and have me crackers and juice (because I was starving). I felt like regurgitating so I quickly took one of my prescribed pills for nausea and was feeling new! So I ate soup and crackers with lots and lots of water all day. The day following surgery wasn't too bad, mostly slept, walked, ate, and drank water, the entire day. But the pain is unbelievable and I keep coughing up flame. Boring right?
