It's been a month now. I am cleared to begin my exercise routine again. The PS says they are looking good except a small stitch on the left one from the previous surgery that is pulling and causing an indented look. If it remains, next month he is going to take care of it under local. I am very happy with the result so far. I feel so much better, lighter and my neck/back pain has reduced 100%. If you are considering having this procedure done, I highly recommend it. Good luck and best wishes.

Ok, so pain is now at a level close that of swelling before my period, manageable. No more need for the pain meds. Pics will be coming later today.

I was so scared that I would be in so much pain but thankfully as long as I don't move or walk around too much I am doing fine. :) not very easy to do with pets and a husband and an18 year old but I am trying relax. They are being supportive and constantly reminding me to put my feet up. Hope you are doing well too.
I also have an18 yr old ... We expect them to be SO hepful... Not necessarly right?
You are so right, I think she doesn't think she is stressing me out when she is . . Kids.
Hugs to you! Glad you're feeling so great! Did you also have a capsulectomy? I have two days left until my surgery and am so worried about the pain around Christmas (I am having a full capsulectomy).
Hi Karen yes I also had the capsulectomy. The Dr. said one breast was worst than the other, everyone tolerates pain differently but it was not as baf as I was preparing for. Good luck with you procedure, stay strong, the first day is the worst, all down hill from there :)
