Great Doctor and Staff :) I Love my New Breast :) - Miami, FL

I always felt that my small breast did not match...

WORTH IT$4,900

I always felt that my small breast did not match my body. During my consultation, he mentioned to me that I needed a breast lift along with my augmentation to achieve the results I wanted. I'll admit that I didn't think I needed a lift at the time but after answering all my questions, I decided to add a lift to my procedure. I opted for silicone implants for a more natural feel and appearance. I had my surgery on May 30, 2013 (two weeks ago) and my breasts look awesome. I can tell that the lift made my nipples sit higher than their old position which definitely enhances the look of the implants. I went from a B cup to a D cup. My incisions are still healing, but I already see that my breasts are coming out nicely. I will use him again in the future and will recommend him to everyone I know.

I called and talked to Denia and she was the one who made me interested in being a client of Spectrum Aesthetics. I drove from Atlanta to Miami and went to meet Dr. Ortega. As soon I met him, I liked him right away because of his friendly and personable demeanor.

Would love to see pics of your results
I will post before and after pics next Sat due to the fact that I still have some scabbing around my incision site (areolas). I had the surgery two weeks ago and I am still healing. I can definitely tell my breast look much better now. I know I won't have the final results until a few more months but based on their appearance now, it looks like they will be great. I will keep you posted.
Ok great thanks for responding!
Pictures posted, still healing though so that is why you still see some bruising and scabs around my nipples, but they look really good for 3 weeks post op.
Your right they do look really good; do happy for you!

Congratulations...you look great! What size silicone implants did you get? How were the first few days of recovery? I have heard that a lift and implants can be fairly painful. Glad you are happy...your before and after photos are really amazing!

I had 400 cc in my right and 450 on left. Recovery was not that bad. The first week was probably the hardest, mostly because I had to lay on my back. As far as pain, the medication took very good care of it so if I felt anything, it was only soreness. There was a lot of swelling especially in my belly, but it went down after two weeks. I was concerned about how my areolas were healing at first but after talking to him on the phone, I was told to wait a little while because he said based on my pictures, they appeared to be healing nicely. I'm glad I waited cause they are looking good. He is an awesome doctor.

That is great you can post photos for you doctor and he can give answers and feedback. Will you need to see him in person again or can you continue with photos and phone calls?

He preferred that I come back in two to three months so I intend to make a trip at the end of June.

Let us know how it goes in June!!
