Office Review - My Refund - Miami, FL

My names is Janie brown ( my butt) and the reasons why I am writing this review is because I suppose be had my surgery on june 3-15 but when I got there they find out I had heartproblems with my heart so they can do the surgery so they told me that they would give me back my money but they will also take out some money across all cause the doctors I have made appointment so I pay for the $100 so deeply send me by 3350 until this very day they told me that they sent my check out on July 9 today is July 16 I have not heard nothing from them they giving me the runaround.they keep telling me that it's in the mail and every day I have not received nothing Vanity Fair I don't understand it I faithfully gave them my money and now it's going on two months I have not received my refund yet now when I called they said Miss Claudia is off on a sickly and then I say that is in the mail and then now they give me the runaround they won't let me speak to no one I Stimpfel my tracking number my check number and they refused to give it to Michael's they have not sent my refund and I am wanting anybody to go to Vanity Fair to make sure that you make sure this is the surgery that you want because I am having a hard time receiving my refund I have got in touch with the refund department they have shot me down they not talking to me you're not speaking to me on the phone and nothing why did I have Amos got in Vanity Fair lawyer and no one had responded to me to this day but no matter what I'm a keep fighting for Marie fine I am a recently Widommy husband served in the military he just recently died in March I saved up my money to have this surgery and S taken advantage of me I do not have money to waste like this so I'm just going to tell you beware beware because Danity this vanity of mine called meta-surgery have not gave me my refund and I keep calling I keep texting and they still have not done it.so whoever you might be you might want to think twice before they get you send your money but calls they are very good to you into you today get your money and doing to get your money they won't even pick up the phone to call you or text you so you better beware of high they treat you about your money because they are not treating me good at all and it don't make no sense the way big companies like this have a lot of money then to take a vantage of hard-working people's I saved up for this surgery.so if anybody know that I can get in touch with anybody to help me out with this situation could you please let me know I don't want to get a lawyer involved but if I have to I will but this really don't make no sense how to lie and lie and lie to you and me about my refund is going on two months I have not received a dime!!!!!! No One from vanity have call or emailed me!!!! Refund department is a lied I got all my all my papers my text my calls and I have gotten nothing but lies on the referral department and now they claim the lady that's over the refund department sheet on took a sickly and this is have vanity treat people that work hard for the money I'm widom.
