I have always wanted a rounder booty and a more hourglass figure, and at the moment my shape is fairly disproportionate.

I have booked a bbl with Dr Salama for April 2012... a while away but i'm still looking forward to it... i will post up before and after pics at some point .... excited to finally have a more curvy feminine figure.

have now added some pre op pics , hoping that i can acheove good results with dr salzhauer but he will have his work cut out! im thinkin to ask him to put lots of fat on the sides of my butt to give the illusion of hips , im hoping with the waist contouring and the fat to the sides of the butt there will be an illusion of having bigger hips ... also i am thinking of loosing a few pounds before surgery what do we think ladies?

ok so finally landed in miami and just getting ready for surgery.... have my pre op appointment today and my actual surgery on the 5th ..... i will update with pics as soon s possibel

4 days post op and im feeling pretty rough, my butt loooks good but i have a serious headache when i lay on my stomach and a horrible stomach ache to top it off i just hope that i feel better sooon

have added some pics , my butt is not that big and i think that the back view looks kinda flat but i notice a big improvement to the contours of my body. i am still super swollen so hopefully results will just get better

i know its sucks , but i'm a teacher so thats when i could get a long enough break to be able to recover.... i also locked my savings a way in an isa that i cant access till january so April seemed most reasonable i wish it was sooner.

3 areas of liposuction , garment, and 2 post operative massage however I might go with salzhauer now ...just because there's more info on him so ill hAve to change my post at some point x

but responses are slow from the office depending on when you want the procedure done because of their inquiry amount... please let me know how consultation and everything goes, and thnx

@ newbooty.... i weigh 14stones 7lbs at@ suzi i changed to Dr Salzhauer because i felt more confident in his abilities to give me a large round booty i think Dr Salama does a good job but from pics the shape that he creates is not exactly what i wanted... also this is a silly reason but i didnt want to be in Aventura ... this is kinda a holiday for me too prefer to stay in south beach !

@jools0310: as far as loosing weight id check with the doctor first. I had to gain weight and feel I did not have enough fat to achieve the results I wanted. Good luck with everything and congratulations on scheduling your surgery! BTW - I did not use Salzhauer.

Hi jools0310, good luck on your upcoming surgery. I also live in London and I am booked for my BBL for 28th Feb 2012 in Miami with Dr Salama. I wish you had your surgery close to mine so we can all go together lol...wish you all the best and keep us posted:)

Why go with dr Salz...when dr salama is A LOT cheaper and from what I see he has just as good results.

Dr. Salzhaur is a great doctor. I am 2 weeks post op from him and I am loving my results. I do wish I had a little more volume but I honestly didnt have that much fat to begin with. He took fat from my arms back abdomin and flanks and now I have a super skinny waist a flat tight stomach and a much fuller booty than i had before. His staff is great! I live in VA so I cant come in to his office after the week that I stood in Miami but one of his nurses calls me almost every day to check up on me and my progress. I remember waking up from surgery and I was crying cuz I couldnt stay awake long enough to listen in on my after care instructions and I remember my nurse kissing my cheek and consoling me and they were all just that sweet and personable. It was a great experience and I know they will treat you the same. BTW Dr. Salzhauer is super hot!!! yumm...lol
