I have always wanted a rounder booty and a more hourglass figure, and at the moment my shape is fairly disproportionate.

I have booked a bbl with Dr Salama for April 2012... a while away but i'm still looking forward to it... i will post up before and after pics at some point .... excited to finally have a more curvy feminine figure.

have now added some pre op pics , hoping that i can acheove good results with dr salzhauer but he will have his work cut out! im thinkin to ask him to put lots of fat on the sides of my butt to give the illusion of hips , im hoping with the waist contouring and the fat to the sides of the butt there will be an illusion of having bigger hips ... also i am thinking of loosing a few pounds before surgery what do we think ladies?

4 days post op and im feeling pretty rough, my butt loooks good but i have a serious headache when i lay on my stomach and a horrible stomach ache to top it off i just hope that i feel better sooon

have added some pics , my butt is not that big and i think that the back view looks kinda flat but i notice a big improvement to the contours of my body. i am still super swollen so hopefully results will just get better

You look so amazing! Wow this is great! I have to say, I am interested in this doctor, but is there anything if you had a chance, what would you want to do differently? Just looking for an honest gal to give me some advice..

You look amazing! and from my computer you hardly have any brusing Awesome! you are going to love your waist!!!!! But is still swollen and sitting high like mine was but mine seems to be going down or maybe it is just the swelling around it :)

If he gave u a triangle pad for your lower back make sure to keep it on. Wear your garment religiously and do not sit down! You have a great shape. Don't get discouraged about the swelling. Be patient. I learned something incredible...Arnica pills and cream that helps swelling and bruising. Not only was it recommended highly by the doctor but also the therapist that gives me lymphatic massages ( you'll want to get those ASAP also). It really freakin' works. I was always skeptical about homeopathic medicines/remedies but no more. It works!! If u don't have this, you can get it from GNC, Vitamkn World, health food stores, and online. It's not expensive at all.

yeah the swelling is a @#$%^ and whats even harder is trying to stay away from salt, salt is like cryptinite, hut I feel like pookie on new jack city" its keep calling me". I promised myself since I bascially o d on salt this weekend I would be a good girl this week. Wednesday is 2 week post op for me

trust me i have been taking 3 a day..... i didn't have much appetite so i wasn't able to eat much i think that was the main problem.... m energy levels were so lo and i was still etting headaches up till yesterday.... i did my own lymphatic massage yesterday.... not sure how welll but i think thathelped me to feel a lot better..... i have been sitting on my boppy but now i feel better im going to try to avoid all sitting....

Glad to hear your feeling better! Why wont you take an iron supplement to aid w/bring levels up? I hope you have a speedy recovery!! Good luck.

starting to feel a little better but im suffering from anemia an struggling to eat so need to spend the nxt few days getting my iron levels up, still very swollen ill post pics up probably when i get back.
