Office definitely was unorganized and a mad house, but that was to be expected per reviews. They do speak english, but understand English isn't their first language, so be prepared to feel a little frustrated with not being understood the first time. Going in I had my boobs done and laying on my stomach has been an issue. I purchased a (t-wedged breast pillow) from Amazon, and this has helped me with being able to sleep on my stomach. I did not get any massages, and don't really feel like they are necessary. I do recommend that you buy your Faja prior to your surgery date, along with extra lipo foam and boards, because you will bleed through your Faja and mess up the lip foam, etc. If you can, buy an extra Faja, so you won't be without it while the dirty one is being washed. You definitely need someone to help care for you for at least 4 days. I purchased a bobby pillow to sit occasionally as well. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions.. Good luck, ladies! ;-)
