I called Vanity in Miami to talk about doing a liposuction of full abdomen, flanks, hips and saddlebags. I talked to Lia, one of the care coordinators, who advised me that she had taken a look at my pictures with Dr. Osaka and that the could do a BBL and liposuction of the flanks, upper and lower abdomen for $3900. If I wanted the thighs, which I do, that would be an additional $500. We agreed that the 14th would be an ideal date. She asked me to wire the money. I had trouble because my credit union is out of state so I think I'll be doing that tomorrow instead by facing in my ID and wiring instructions back. I also asked her to email me the refund policy which states that it is 100%. I told her to email me a time frame as to how long it would take before I receive my money back. She stated within a week. I needed this in writing since I've heard the horror stories of how unorganized they are.
Anyway, I keep telling her I just want a lipo. I think my butt is way too big anyway. So I'm going to call her again and say I'm just looking for a lipo. I think I might make the 4 hour drive from the Clearwater, FL area before making a full payment.

I've decided to go for the lipo instead. It's $3500. This includes full back, flanks, abdomen and inner thighs. The BBL, while it might give me a nice perky butt in just scared it might be too much when I have an already big butt. If I want perky I'll go to the gym. I'm still taking Alli, which has helped me lose quite a bit of weight. I'm going to make the full payment tomorrow. Can't wait to have a tiny waist and slimmer thighs!

Is Alli a prescribed pills? I need to loose about 40-50 lbs before my surgery... So depressing.

No, not at all. It's the only FDA approved weight loss pill. It blocks 25% of fat. If you eat a fatty meal you'll be running to the bathroom but it's the best pill I have ever been on! Good luck and I'm sure you'll be able to lose the weight ;)

I paid for my surgery and was given access to the portal. I'm excited because my surgery is 2 weeks from now. I can't wait till they reduce my thighs. I'm a pear :( so I'm losing weight around my waist but not my thighs! I think this with lipo it will reduce the problem. I'm still thinking of maybe doing a BBL :) for projection buy not sure ...?

Scheduled May 16th for Lipo with BBL at Vanity with Dr. Omulepu. I'm so excited! Did you do blood work yet or you waiting till the day before at Vanity?

If you lose the fat to just lipo you might have to gain weight to do a bbl later? Plus keeping your fat just moving to butt means not drastically changing body fat %? Not sure
