Vanity Miami's Track Record

I'm attaching some Vanity Miami's track record. Let me clarify that it is not so great. I've also decided to take legal action. I've sent my medical records to an attorney to review and see if he will take the case. I'm sure many of you have had great results and experiences. I'm glad that things went out as great as they did for anyone wanting a BA, BBL, TT or just plain liposuction. For me, they didn't. It's time people know about this. Had I known about their substandard post op care and money hungry ways, I would have never gone.

For those women who went through trying times around the same time I did or even before or after, I hope you're doing much better.

Drain Removal

I went to plastic surgeon in Louisville who refused to remove my drains. I know he didn't do it out of laziness or because he wasn't genuinely a caring person, he did it because he felt I needed sedation. He was kind enough to even send me a letter stating that drain removal is not typically done after a liposuction.
I went to see my old plastic surgeon, Dr. Martin Fox, board verified doctor also in Louisville, KY. He also told me that he NEVER places drains in after a liposuction. He says it is unnecessary if done correctly. He removed the drain in my lower abdomen on June 5th. I was still having an output of 50ccs fro the lower back stay so he didn't remove it. It fell out on Sunday, June 7. The one in my lower abdomen hurt so much when he pulled it. Like a burning sensation or a knife being pulled out! Surprisingly, the other one fell out and I pulled it and it didn't hurt at all! What a relief!

Vanity refused to send Martin Fox, M.D., my post op notes. They stated I would have to pay $1.00 a page if I wanted them. Wow! Once again, attempting to hinder after care they couldn't successfully provide and being money hungry. Once again I looked up the laws and there's a statue in which they must under Flieida law, send free of charge documents if it's for continuing care. I told Vanity and asked them to call me back once they talked to their legal department. They called back and they faxed over the documents to Dr Fox.

Progress pictures

Sorry I haven't updated my review in awhile. I've been in a bad place and depressed due to this procedure. I've been having nightmares and panic attacks due to what happened to me a month ago and it's still fresh in my mind.

Overall, I have a lot of pain in my navel area. I know some degree of discomfort is normal but I'm still in pain pills. I'm currently in Kentucky but once I get back to Tampa I plan on on going to my PCP and a plastic surgeon to evaluate this ongoing pain.

As far as my appearance is concerned. He did a liposuction on my abdomen, flanks and bra line. He removed the flanks evenly but I can already tell me my abdomen is going to need a revision. There's dents and I'm not a doctor but I can tell there are areas on my abdomen that have lumps of fat and other very uneven areas.

With the removal of fat area on my flanks, my butt appears larger now so I'm going glad Osak Omulepu did not convince me to get the bbl.

Also, I've included a picture of the scars from the drain removal. I'm sure I'm going to be left with many scars so as soon as I get the go I plan on using vitamin E oil to lighten these scars up.

This doctor only sees you like another body, another piece of meat. I nearly died at his hands and would like others to realize if you go cheap, you're risking your life. The ICU doctors stated I needed a blood transfusion to save my life. Without having seen me, he stated it was in his professional manner that I leave the hospital and go see him the following day at 7 AM. Had I listened to him, ICU doctor said I would have died!
