After stalking this site about a year I decided on the surgeon I want to do my BBL . I chose Dr. Ortega at spectrum aesthetics. When I get my tax refund I can put down a deposit and I plan to be in Miami in a month so I will go for my first consultation and get an official quote from spectrum. I will have to make payments as I do not want to bury myself in debt with a loan. I requested info from spectrum a month ago, they responded quickly with a generic reply asking me to call for more details.

Okay here is a pic of my current figure. I am 5'8" 218 lbs. I want to lose about 40lbs before surgery. Most of surgeons seem to want your BMI to be on the obese side but from the pictures I see the people who are at a more healthy BMI seem to have better results.
