“I Wanna "Shelf" BBL - Do I Have Enough Body Fat? - Miami, FL”

I have a lot of fat in tummy/pubic area; flanks; back and arms...If you look at my side view profile you can see the fat in my tummy..and as for my back profile, i dont have a definitive waistline...my clothes fall flat and I have no contouring...I really desire an S-Curve figure with a huge shelf and major contour...I just dont want to have to try to gain a whole set of weight in the next 2 weeks and then have to lose it back and in essence lose whatever fat they will be able to apply to the buttocks...? My measurements are 36-31-36...

I want at least 800 cc's...I believe I have that much donor fat from the sites i mentioned above...your thoughts?

hey, I hope the surgery goes well for you, I think you have a nice figure already with hardly any fat so Im interested to know where your doc is going to remove the fat from as there doesnt seem to be a lot of fat anywhere. we have a similar body type and i too want to get this done so keep us posted with the results and weather or not you thought it was worth it!!...Good luck hun xx

Hey coco - believe me the excess body fat isnt exactly "popping out" in these pics but i have it...believe me!!!...and my PS saw the pics and said at most he can get 500-700...I am currently trying to gain a bit of excess weight in preparation...so I can try to get a little more...but my PS says he will go as extreme as he safely can...so far I gained an additional 5 lbs since this photo and believe me...the excess fat is definitely showing itself...he will be taking form arms, waist, flanks, tummy, and back...will definitley keep you posted!!...My PS is very experienced and knows how to harvest and transfer so that most of the fat has a better chance at survival...and his photos are actual patients...and NOT models...

Just wanted to give my comments, a little background: well I am 22 yrs old, currently 5 ft 7 and 150 lbs girl mixed with Puerto Rican and black so everyone in my family seems to have a perfect hour glass shape..EXCEPT ME! I had the procedure done with Dr. Wylan in Beverly Hills on November 1st, 2010 and IT WAS WORTH IT! The most fat that can be extracted from your body with out you having to be under intensive care for your weight is 5 LITERS (as was mine) and that transfers to 1400 cc's, which 700 cc's per butt cheek. (What I got!) My butt was HUGE!! I was scared, then it went down and now it is perfect =)...I did not sit, drive, NOTHING for 6 weeks straight. It was well worth it. If you sit on the fat it will dissolve, but u keep about 75% (because usually ppl start sitting around 3 weeks) My doc said I looked like I kept about 90% due to my efforts so I was pleased. 700 cc's is MORE THAN ENOUGH! Its not a fake looking Nicki Minaj butt, but a rounder Kim Kardashian look. I love my butt now!! It takes 6 months to see final results since the lipoed areas take forever for the internal swelling to heal (which is soooo true!) I had lipo in my lower back right above my buttocks and I thought I was pretty much all healed after 6 weeks but I still feel a little pressure when I move and its STILL SHRINKING! My booty is looking even better and I am so pleased because the arch looks even better! So all in all you should be happy and you will love your new butt! Tips: Drink A LOT of water (it will help you heal faster and diminish any surgical scars), and DON'T SIT! to keep as much of the fat as possible...I also want to add that my little scars from the fat insertion areas have diminished after 5 months! So be patient your final results will be amazing!

And don't listen to what these ppl are telling you about nicki minaj and lola girl their is a BIG difference between GLUTEAL FAT TRANSFER and SILICONE BUTT IMPLANTS. When u transfer fat to your butt via bbl it always comes out natural. I'm sure u seen the bbl before and after pics on here. Silicone butt implants look fake and unreal...they also have the tendency to droop like lolas. Trust me! I actually have had the procedure and I have done a lot of research before hand. Your doc cannot overfill ur butt because the fat will not survive due to no blood circulation. So 700 is plenty and u will get that round natural looking donk lol...just stay positive and you'll be okay. I'm excited for you! God didn't bless us with it so we had to buy it lol..
