It is just crazy how I came across Dr. M and decided to go with him. I was actuarially was researching local doctors in my local area and they were booked out for consults for 6 months or more. I decided to do research for Dr.'s out of state. I have a home girl that lives in Tennessee that told me a friend of hers had it done in Texas I began a search on You Tube were I first came across a Dr. by the name of Dr. Tachmes he even has a video of the whole procedure on YouTube; however he had a sumer special of $5800 that has ended and when I called for pricing he was starting at $7000. I started a search for an average cost for a BBL and that is how I came across Real Self. After, reading many reviews and many pictures I knew Dr. M was for me.

This will be my second procedure, I had a full tummy tuck in 2005 and since then I had another child and boy have things shifted. With my second child I did not get the extra skin after weight loss for the second time but this time all my weight is in my back and hips making my shape even more like a box. I know I never had a butt to begin with but now I really don't.

Well I spoke to Rubin today and confirmed with him my date of arrival. Explained to Rubin all of my expectations and may want to add some additional areas of Lipo. I explained to Rubin that I do not want it people to question if I had a BBL done. I want it to be obvious that I had it done. Especially for how much it cost. I told him I want my ass to be seen coming from the front and that I want to be able to sit a cup on it. He BUST out laughing! I told him that I am dead serious. I have been wanting and waiting way too long of this and I want it to be done right.

The day before surgery, well I must day I am so excited. My bags arre packed and I am finishing up my final hour of work. I can not wait, spoke to Nomi today and she has confirmed that I am all set. I got my consult scheduled for tomorrow as well and my time for surgery. I will talk to you guys on the other side of the BBL world soon. Smmmochiess!!!!

Yesterday I had my first massage was extremely painful. I am not going to lie at time I found myself clinching. However today was a better day 2nd massage was still painful but a relief to my body. Also today was the first day that I have been up all day. I even only took my pain medicine twice today once in the morning and once before my massage. I know that I will be taking one before bed to avoid pain from what my body has been though plus the massage.

but sleeping is a challenging for me. For the last 3 days I could not sleep more that 2.5 hrs at a time it has increased to a little over 3 . Also skin itches like crazy Dr. S suggest Benadryl and not to scratch scratching only makes me want to scratch more. And finally do to my lake of selp was giving sleep aid pills two different doses and kinds and still unable to sleep though the night

Ok I know I haven't updated in a few days but, I must say that that ass has. I feel it becoming a little soft in some areas and more rounded. By day and for my shelf it is smoothing out. Within less than a week I have went down in my garment and now to keep the swolleness down taking Motion and Benadryl for the itching.

I must say that all is well just remember ladies know what you want and he can deliver it for you. Have pictures and explain what it is that you want at your consult.

Besides that for all you ladies that has had the BBL done at this point I need some advise.
1. When can I sit with out the boppy or a pillow?
2. When will my but be soft, it is starting now but I cannot make it jump or move the way I want it?
3. I itch everywhere I had the lipo don and even the skin on my but as to were the fat transfer took place any advise???

So far so good. Still a lot of itching though cannot wait to get past it, but neither the less I think everything is coming along well.

I will be getting my 1st Endermologie Lipo-Massage on Monday 1/20/12 we will then see how much my back and stomach goes down. I still have a lot of skin in those areas especially on my lower back that will have to shrink because of how aggressive fat loss in those areas. Was told that the endermologie with the machine will take care of that about 4-8 sessions will be needed to achieve that along with my inner legs. Wish me luck! I was told that even with the first session I should notice a difference will keep you guys posted.

Well today I went for my very first Endermologie Lipo-Massage and I must day that it is everything. I absolutely loved it. I was show shocked to feel the results so quickly. I even asked the tech that worked on me if the pain or hardening that i had was going to come back and she laugh saying "No" and chart it is all up hill now.

Okay so I will be six weeks post op on Wednesday, and I love my butt. As the days go by abs and flanks continue to soften up. I still have a few harden areas but is smoothing out each day.

Hey you guys, I know its been a while since the last time I posted a few picurtes. It will be 3 months post op on April 3rd so here are a few. I still wear a garment at least 12 hours a day still have lots of abdominal and lower back tenderness. I still have swolleness I notice if I do not wear a garment. I also have some skin that still needs to be tightened as well. So until I see all of that swollen and skin tightening I will still wear a garment for 12 hours a day.
