I'm 26yrs old married with 2 kids. Two years ago I had a breast reduction the results were awesome I loved the results but i always knew i wanted implants. After my second child I started to research even more into getting my boobs done.I had thought about getting implants done in Jamaica how ever the surgeon was hesitant on doing silicone implants. I also couldn't find any info or reviews on the surgeon online. They didn't even have a website. One day while watching post of reviews on YouTube I heard one female talk about BA in Miami so I immediately did research n came across Dr Mel Ortega. I knew right away he was the one . I've done thorough research on him I searched all reviews I even checked if he had any malpractices which he has NONE.I emailed my pics n filled a medical questionnaire as I'm a out of town patient. My coordinator called today her name was vivian she was very helpful n helped me book a surgery date MAY 22 2015 I'm sooo excited.I'm just really confused on whether I should get my implants over or under the muscle. One Dr told me to go over the muscle due to mild droop. Dr Ortega recommended under.so I'm still thinking what to do.......I will be posting my journey as I go along

I'm so obsessed with getting my ba I research everything. I've decided to get 600cc high profile over the muscle. I'm booked for May 22 my next step is to find an affordable recovery home. I only need a nurse for 24 hrs I will stay will a family member after the first 24hrs. Is there any advice or items anyone thinks I should get to start preparing for my surgery.
Feel frustrated
I know I have a lot of time but I don't like doing things last minute . I've been searching for a place to recover after surgery but it's harder than I thought.
