So since Im still at the hotel I went to the 3rd floor futness center and walked slow on the tredmill about 15 min. When I got back to my rm my legs where really swollen so I took a shower and put my support hose on. Has anyone had this problem? I also proped my legs up with pillows to help.

Wow.....you have alot of brusing.... everyday you are going to feel better though. I wanted to have fat transfer to my butt when I did my TT but my doc said it might not be a good thing because I would have to sleep on my stomach or side and you cant do that when you have a TT, today is six weeks since I had my TT and I feel great!!!! Good Luck!!!
Ouch you have some nasty bruises there...:(
You should be home safe and sound now and resting in your own bed..correct?
The swelling is normal at this stage and will improve with time. Your body has just been through the wringer and needs some time to settle in. Make sure to rest and listed to your body when it tells you to stop.
Keep us up to date on how you are doing.
Good to hear from you:)
The bruising will continue to get better but takes some time.
I know that you can get a headache after a spinal but that should not last more than a few days. It could also just be from the other meds you are taking, stress on your body and fluid retention. I would follow up with a doctor if you are still having that problem.
Are you drinking enough water? You can also get a headache if you are dehydrated. Your body has been through a lot in a short time.
I am happy that your experience down there was a good one. That does help in the process.
So having the spinal you were completely awake for the entire process. What the heck was going through your head while they were working on you??? Not sure I could have done that myself...scares me a bit just thinking about it.
I am glad you were out of it during the surgery. I could not even imagine having to remember that.
Rest....
I am so glad to hear you are feeling better:) Keep drinking the water and resting.
