Did you reach your goal weight?

I actually got 20 lbs below my goal weight. I couldnt keep it all off though. Mind you i got down to 148 lbs and I was a size 0-2. My husband said I looked like a bag of bones. So I gradually put on more weight. I leveled out at 160 but then my dad committed suicide. So I was an emotional wreck and started to eat and eat. I put on 60 lbs over the next 2 years. Doctors put me on meds causing swelling and weight gain which didnt help. SO I got off the meds and finally started to loose weight again and since June I have dropped 30lbs, by not eating everything in sight and drinking lots of water. I am just taking it off 1 lb at a time but its better than putting it on. I am feeling a lot better and am moving on with my life.

I am just like you when trauma comes into my life, I lose focus and just mindlessly eat. I would react the same way. At least you turned it around. How great is that?

Stick to the diet. It maybe hard sometimes but cheating will only hurt your self and waste all the time and money you have put into your journey. :)

So I am now working out at Curves 3 times a week and Hired a personal trainer @ 100 a month.. which isn't bad at all. I am looking at getting a tummy tuck in the next month or so as well. I am also keeping a journal on everything I eat and I have to show it to my trainer.. makes it so I wont eat bad things.
Hi Wahunter, thanks for youre review. You've done really well to lose 100 pounds and you look great for it!
Did you have any post-op difficulties relating to changing your diet or your eating routine?

Safer than anything else out there fore weight loss surgeries. my husbands aunt died from gastric bypass surgery so that was a definite not going to happen. After the surgery 2 ndays in hospital in mexico then back to san antonio we went. I went shopping at the river walk mall for 6 hours and had a ton of energy!! Got to even see the Alamo.. my husband is going to have same surgery this fall. I hope to take the kids so while he is having surgery i can explore San Antonio with the kids..six flags and such.
