I had my surgery done at Mexicali, Mexico by Dr. Gaspar Blanco. So far I think he did a good job with everything although I am still waiting to see my results on my brazilian butt lift since my butt looks flatter than before. Although, I was told to wait at least 4 weeks to see my actual results.





I am 5'1, 145lbs (yikes!). I am bruised everywhere on my liposuction areas but slowly healing. My breast augmentation looks good. I wanted a full natural look and I'm happy with how they turned out. I am only 4 days post op but I will post my before and after pictures in the next few days.

Dr. Gaspar Blanco was great but you must ask him questions about your after care process, and whatever questions you have because he wont say much unless you ask. Wait times were on the nurses. Sometimes it takes them 15 to 30 minutes to respond to your needs. But I was alone, so therefore it's best to have someone with you.

Hi Cupcakes,

Thanks. I am 17 days post op and so far doing ok. Although, yesterday I noticed that I had a 1inch tear on my tummy incision. I believe it might have been my fault for doing too much in my kitchen the day before. So, now i need to slow it down with my activities. I plan on going to my family doctor to get antibiotics and have them check it out. And then in 2 days I will drive 2 hours to see Dr. Gaspar Blanco (my PS) for a check up. So it's a good thing that I have appointment with him since my tear had just occured. But overall I feel so much better and moving around better compared to the first week.

Hi Leni, Looks great... I am 44 yrs old and wanting to get BA AND TT.. and I also am looking for a doctor. Have a few leads.. How did you hear about dr gaspar blanco? and where does he actually do the surgery? if you dont mind me asking.. also if you have an email on him or phone on him could i please get it so i can call for prices.. thank you and again you look great.

Sorry, I think I'm late to answer your question since I saw your other comment that u already are in contact with Carlo. Carlo will help coordinate everything for you on your surgery. I also had him schedule everything for my surgery and it went smooth. He will answer any questions for you. He does really well with emails. Thanks for the compliment! Hi leni. I'm getting bbl and breast implants done and I'm wondering how did you find the recovery? How did you sleep? What positions did you find most comfortable? Sorry for the questions I just haven't found anyone that has breasts and butt done together and would love any advice you may have. Thank you and congrates you look great!!

Hi pms79,

It's ok, feel free to ask whatever questions u need for your research. I slept on my back with my head and legs elevated. Surround yourself with pillows. Place them under your legs, next to your buttock, your side, wherever u need to be comfortable. I would advice u to take a pillow or 2 to the hospital if you are staying there for more than a day. Do as much walking u can after the first day out of surgery, the doc will tell u that too. My first 4 days were a bit painful but after a week, I slowly felt better each day. Good luck!

Oops, I missread your comment and thought u were getting a tt and breast implants instead. I think it's best that you try to sleep on your side instead, and lots of pillows still should help. I had no choice but to sleep on my back because of my tummy tuck.

Thanks Leni. Hope you are feeling better. I'm nervous about recovery as I'm from Australia and have a 13hour flight home from Mexico. And I have 2 girls I have to look after when i get home. How did you find sleeping on your back effected your butt? How painful were your breasts after? Did you get the implants above and behind the muscle? How many cc's did you get in your butt?

Hi waiting to exhale. I'm staying in tj for 7 nights after surgery so I can get stitches out before leaving and also cause I have such a long flight to get home as I'm in Australia. When and where are you getting surgery done?

pms79 I am going on feb 2nd I will be staying there for 5 days but I live 2 hours away!I am going to be staying with a friend of the family who just happens to be a nurse at my dr's also!

hi i see that you did breast aug. alson with brazilian butt lift and the inner thigh lipo.. i was wondering how did you sleep since you have to lay on ur back for the breast and stomach for the fat grafting to your butt.. im getting my surgery done in feb. so im trying to gather as much info as possible.

Honestly, if i could go back in time. I would do my BBL and BA seperate times. I see a little difference in my BBL but I think it could of been better if I didn't sleep on it all the time. Overall, I'm still happy with it. Better to have a butt than none..lol. Pillows were my best friends after surgery :)

so when u had the BBL and BA you slept on your back? or what was your sleeping position and how did u adjusted the pillows to help u?

I had to sleep on my back with my legs and head elevated. Pillows were under my thighs and legs, and beside my buttocks and under my head. It felt better to just have pillows surround me tight to my body. That was the only way I could go to sleep comfortably.
