Breast Lift W/Reduction TT and Lipo Mexicali

I am 40 years old with 6 children I had my first baby when I was 16 years old (And as we all know our bodies are not ready for babies) but are they ever? I had C-Section and then it was all down hill from there my tummy was never the same and after 4 more C-Sections it really was never the same my boobs either :(. So back in 2010 I had a breast augmentation with very large implants to fill int he empty space I was not told by my doctor they were going to be very large but still saggy so that was a total let down. So yea I had large breast for 3 years but they were so heavy and just very large for my upper body size. So in 2013 I went in for consultation to talk about my breast and a tummy tuck because no matter how much weight I lost or how hard I worked out my tummy was flabby and hung over with an apron so of course I was always discouraged about working out for what? Wow the cost was crazy so I thought well that is going to be many years of saving lol, so I looked into going to Mexico where a few of my friends had gone already and were very happy with the treatment, price and results. The cost was less than half so I decided to go with it and scheduled appointment for October 31 2013. The doctor agreed with me that the breast were way to big and needed a lift and reduction. The scary part was all in one day I would have all this done and I knew the recover was going to be crazy but I know now it has been rough. I will share photos and my experiences and what I did to take care of myself and the healing of my body it was and still is a recovery process and you need to be aware of just how rough the recovery is. I am not sure if I would do it again if I knew what I know now, at the time all I could think about was it has been over 20 years sense I had seen my vajayjay and I was excited to see it again. When we are in the moment of what we want we usually do not think about anything else or at least I know I don't lol. So now it has been just over 2 months and wow it was a rough 2 months and still recovery I have good days and bad days. Still swollen and still recovery thought I would share.

So Today I went to Target and purchased the Hanes Tank Top Garment that I can also wear my bra with it works great it is a step down from the Compression Garment that I have had on for the last 2.5 months. I know allot of women are still wearing their CG for long long periods of time but I will say in all the reading I have done you should not wear more than 8 to 10 weeks because you become depended on the CG and that is not a good thing you need to get your body adjusted to its new form. Also for those of you who are having healing problems you need to let the circulation flow and that does not happen in a CG and most doctors now are doing the surgery and are not using the CG ever.
