7 Months Post Op Scars and Settling Photo Update. Pre-op size 8A, post-op size 8DD.

Just a photo update to show the progress of my scars and the settling of my breasts. My breasts have settled into a less "modest" natural look (i.e. they're not a completely natural "ski slope" shape, and instead they are fuller in the middle). I recommend to ladies who are are my petite size and want a completely natural look to maybe try the 250ccs implants to prevent this "unnatural" fullness. Having said that, even if I had gone the 250ccs and not the 275ccs I think they would have still looked "unnatural" at certain angles (e.g. if I had my arms above my head, or stretched out behind my back). However, I am still 100% happy with my choice, I just wanted to put that out there to help others with their decision.

Photos and exercise update (running, Pilates and boxing)

Pre-op I was exercising for at least three hours a week (running, boxing and Pilates).
I began running again a week and a half ago and felt completely fine. I can notice a slightly greater bounce in my breast, however it isn't painful and hasn't changed my running regime at all.
I also started Pilates a week and a half ago, but I have asked my instructor to not give me any exercises that involve putting stress on the upper body (e.g. dog down, plank, and upper body exercises). After my first class back I noticed a dull ache in my breasts, maybe due to upper abdominal exercises, but no pain. At the end of this week (8 weeks post op) I'll begin upper body exercises again.
I won't be beginning to box again for at least a month, although I'm feeling fine and have no pain I don't want to injure myself. Vijth recommended to delay boxing by another month to make sure my muscles are completely healed.

My overall experience with Vijth has been very...

My overall experience with Vijth has been very comfortable and easy.
During my first consultation he talked me through the potential adverse effects of the procedure, what the procedure consisted of and what my recovery period would be. He also took my measurements to determine the type of implant he would use, explicitly explaining why he felt that implant was best. I felt completely relaxed throughout the entire consult and left feeling very informed, but perhaps most importantly I left not feeling pressured to undergo the surgery.
Once I decided I was going to go through with the breast augmentation, his friendly staff helped me to choose an operation date and schedule a pre-op consultation. Kate, Vijth's secretary, was very patient with helping me schedule appointments - even though I was very annoying and had to reschedule multiple times. Kate was also very helpful in answering a lot of my more generic questions (e.g. how long do you recommend before I go back to work).
During my pre-op consultation, Vijth was very patient with letting me try on the two different implant sizes I was deciding between (275cc and 300cc mentor cohesive gel high profile). I told him that I wanted to be about a C cup post-op. During the entire consult, he was very patient and let me try both sizes as many times as I pleased, he also asked his staff to take pictures for me in several different shirts so I could reflect on the decision at home. I found choosing a size incredibly nerve racking, because I have such a petite frame (I'm a size 8 bra band, 5'3 tall) and there were very few women as small as me on any of the surgery forums... The surgery forums made me feel that "bigger was better". However, Vijth recommended the 275ccs to me and he clearly explained his rationale behind why he thought the 275ccs would look more natural than the 300ccs. Despite his advice I was still undecided by the end of my consult, so his staff very kindly ordered both implant sizes for me so I had until my operation day (a week after my consult) to decide. On the day of the surgery, I decided to take Vijth's advice and chose the 275ccs.
My post operative care has been excellent, each consult I've had with Vijth he has explained my progress and what I should be expecting to see at the given point in my recovery. All of his staff have made it clear to me that if I were to have any issues I should phone, so that they are able to schedule an appointment to help. I have recently been sized and I'm a full 8D, I'm very glad I took Vijth's advice and didn't opt for a larger implant - the 300ccs would of looked unnatural on my frame.
Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with Vijth. He has an excellent bed-side manner and I felt all his advice was very tailored to my own needs. I never felt pressured into anything and overall I'm glad with my choice of surgeon.
