Hello beautiful ladies: I've been dealing with...

Hello beautiful ladies:

I've been dealing with this problem since I was in the 6th grade :-(
I remember always wearing a jacket (even in hot days/I'm from South Texas) in school every single day because I was always very self conscious about my breasts being way bigger than any other girl in my entire middle school. So, I would always cover up, til I got home.
I remember getting alot of attention from alot of guys (not a very good feeling), but I knew why. I used to date alot while I was in middle school (6th-8th grade), but I would break up soon after they started aiming at the boobs :-( (that was the whole reason why they would date me). So, once I got to High school, I stopped dating for a big while, until I met my high school sweetheart (now my hubby :-) ). He wasn't like all the others disrespectful guys I had dated.
I did have my kids at a very young age. Once giving birth to every single one of my 3 babies, I elected to breastfeed them (each for a year or more). It is a very beautiful thing and the bonding feeling is awesome!!! But in my case (and my babies too), it wasn't that easy. I always had to be EXTRA careful with how I breastfed them. If my boobies were big back then, imagine how HUGE they were once filled with milk lol. So, I was always afraid to fall asleep while breastfeeding and suffocating my baby (thank god never happened). So, now that I have 3 kids, I'm planning on not having anymore (I think that is the perfect #). Now, I'm left with huge saggy boobs :-( even though it was all worth it, now that my kids are getting older and I'm not planning on having more, I need to focus now on me!!! I'm 26 years old and I'm on that stage/phase where I feel a little left out from all the other sexy mamas. I have tons of fb friends that every day they post pictures of themselves at the gym and their sexy bodies. I just don't know where they find the time :-( I mean all I can do is at least take care of what I eat, but don't have the time to exercise except when I do house chores.
But oh well!!!
So I'm 26 years old.
34DD/DDD
Weight: 138 lbs
5'4

And looking for a GREAT plastic surgeon to do my BREAST REDUCTION & LIFT somewhere close where I'm from (SOUTH TEXAS).
If any of you have been through this before that can help me in any way, I would really appreciate it :-) ANY FEEDBACK IS WELCOMED :-)

Another problem

I've been wondering if there's someone else just like me, out there with my same problem. When I became pregnant and when I breastfed, I noticed very hard little balls under my armpits. Then, I started to crush them with my fingers, they felt like little grease balls. I became worried and gave my gyno a visit. I was so scared to have developed breast cancer since it runs in my family. Well, thank God, my doctor confirmed after a physical check up and ultrasound, it wasn't breast cancer. I had axillary (arm pit) lymph nodes, plus some breast tissue too under my armpits. It's very frustrating!! I can't wear cute summer shirts, tank tops, dresses or gym clothes because that big extra fat under my armpits, is very noticeable :-( so it's double the problem now!! Big breasts and Big under armpit fat :-( I will post pictures tomorrow so you girls can see what I'm talking about and so you can understand, what I'm going through.

I also wanted to know, if any body knows, if a plastic surgeon can remove that breast tissue under my armpits during a breast reduction surgery?? Or what procedure is done? Thank you :-)

Extra breast tissue (axillary lymphatic nodes)

Any one know how much(an estimate) is this surgery costs? Removal of extra breast tissue under my armpits.
