I had my augmentation done by a board certified...

I had my augmentation done by a board certified plastic surgeon. I did my homework, and visited with over 5 doctors. I paid consultation fees with some, and others didn't require them. I chose my doctor because of his qualifications and his wonderful bedside manner. He had many of the same beliefs as myself, his staff were also part of my decision to go with him. Not only did I have breast augmentation, but I had a neck lift at the same time. I asked the doctor what the bands were for that he was removing and he told me nothing. After surgery I realized that my singing voice had changed, and I was no longer able to hold a note, and even reach some of the notes I once had. But that is neither here nor there, and I consider myself at fault for not doing more research on the subject. The doctor told me he would put incisions inside my ear to pull up the neck, but he didn't. He put them behind my ear, and I wasn't happy with that. He left a tag of skin hanging out, and admittedly missed a stitch. I haven't given him any grief over this, I just feel like I was mislead. I did have him look at it when I went in for my check and he told me he would stitch it at a later date. No problem. I really like this doctor, and I trust him. However, during that exam I also so his partner surgeon. The first thing this surgeon said to him was "wow, one breast dropped quicker than the other" I replied yes, and it's more tender as well. I went back a little while later to have them examined again because I felt as though the were different sized implants. Not only did one look larger, but it was definitely shaped different that the other. It was harder, and had a rise in it. I voiced my concerns. I was told everything was fine, and I was still healing. I was given instructions to do some different kinds of massages to help them even out. Now over 2 years later, still massaging, I can see a hard lump. I can feel it under my clothes when I rest my arm slightly over my breast. I can also see a discoloration, and feel perforation along the top of the breast. I think it has ruptured. I'm at a loss as to what I should do. I'm afraid the surgeon who performed the surgery will brush me off again. I have been feeling like it was ruptured since surgery, and I am not a paranoid person. I also feel as though the massaging it made it worse. I was told to be aggressive at the time of my second check up. So I was. I had always wanted implants, and did everything I was told verbatim. Any advice other than an MRI, I have insurance, but I fear they won't cover it. Since the surgery I have had an economic decline, and not enough money to even begin to cover an MRI. I do love my doctor, and I know that we are all human, but in this instance I think he didn't put any credence into what I was saying. I'm nervous that he won't be any more inclined now to hear me.
