ladies, what is BM?

Wow girl, you look amazing. I am on day 19 post op today, I am experiencing some swelling these past few days especially at the end of the day. I was just wondering when should I expect to start seeing the final results?
How was your food intake intake after the surgery and even now. Did you follow a strict diet after the op or did you wait a while for the healing before starting a specific diet? I don't want to put on weight and I can not tell right now as I am still swollen from the lipo as well.

Wow... your story is so similar to mine. I also have 3 kids have no intentions of having any more. We're about the same weight and I also am happry with this. I however have been unable to get rid of my tummy and so I have decided to have surgery in 2 weeks. Started thinking..gosh am I doing the right thing and decided to research and came across this website and your blog. Yayyy, you have given me the confidence to go forward as your pics and success are amazing!!!! Thanks again for posting your pics as they are definietly motivating and I can't wait!!
