Hello everyone , I am finally getting out and being more active, such a long recovery in my eyes i know each of us is different, will post some pictures that i took today ,but feeling more motivated and haven't had my big moment yet ! the feeling I'm not FAT anymore moment , is anyone else feeling that way ?

Thanks! And it won't be long before you can exercise how you want. I'm a little over 3 months, and I haven't done any sit ups or crunches because I've heard that I could herniate the belly button again. But I walk everywhere and I've been trying to do leg and butt exercises and so far so good. I really didn't do much of anything until 11 or 12 weeks because my belly still felt funny. I'm lazy, lol!

Same here I'm walking everywhere and doing leg lifts and my arms with weights(5) pounds .I stopped smoking for the surgery and haven't gone back yet ..but being inactive is making me think of them more .but doubt I will go back to smoking. I return to work soon ..I work at the local ymca ...I will post some of my personal b4 pictures and afters ..the ones on this site were done by a professional
