Careful research including online forums. Mr Marando is an outstanding surgeon who I cannot recommend highly enough. I recently had a lower facelift with him - and I am overwhelmed with the result. My jawline and neck have been transformed (now better than in my twenties!) - and my confidence has been restored. He is also compassionate, considerate, charming and totally dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care to his patients. If you want excellence, then he's the man to deliver it.
